I stopped taking my family here 9 months ago because of absolutely horrible service. So we are trying it today as I type this. The host was not pleasant, dozens of open tables but he made us wait. Once seated no one came to take our order until a Manager checked on us. Sad. We won’t be back. None of our family friends come here anymore. Maybe next year. Basic restaurant service has left the building.
Ordered food through the app and arrived at the time it told me to. Had to wait for 15 minutes while the lady at the front counter took care of people who came in after me before she even looked to see if my food was ready. Once I finally got my food, the ticket said it had been ready for 20 minutes--3 minutes before the app told me arrive.I understand if they're short staffed, but while I was sitting there, another employee walked in with a bunch of Starbucks drinks for other employees in the back. So apparantly they have enough people to send out for Starbucks but not to hand people who have already paid their completed and ready orders.
Had a wonderful dinner experience last night at this location. Our waitress was awesome and the management on staff was just super! My daughter (9 years old) and her friend asked if they could help after we finished our meals. The manager said grab those cups girls and follow me. She showed them where the kitchen was and they were able to actually help! The girls were having so much fun and it was so nice of the manager. On the way out, the manager gave each of the girls a $6 tip! How sweet is that!! This location is one of our favorite locations because it’s closed to Stuart Sports Complex. Huge shoutout to the staff at this location for a wonderful experience!!!
This place must be short staffed or else no one knows what they're doing. Been at the Aurora location twice and the first time they completely forgot about my food while the rest of my group got theirs lol. The 2nd time same one in Aurora, couldn't make pretzel bites due to the oven but working, brought out one entree (out of 3) and completely forgot about our appetizer. They also got my friends order wrong, the person who we asked wasn't our waitress but when time was ticking away, we asked our waitress about it a d she had no idea about it.My chicken was very dry as well. .the least they could have done was discount our bill but nothin but am I don't care attitude
As a fan of BWW, and totally understanding of the issue short staff in all the work force. This one Incidence will not change me from continuing to eat at BWW.We were a table of six and the meals were brought two at a time and at least 5 minutes apart. By the time my husband and myself got our order the rest of the table were finished with their meal.
Beautiful day with lots of SUNSHINE and I added a few sweet Bahama Mama's plus a dish packed with the best tasting califour wings. What a wonderful day. Yes folks everything is right in the universe at this moment. ✨ ?
This location has a great staff and even though it was a hectic dinner rush, they were on it!
We absolutely loved our waitress Aisha. We've been out to eat at more this year and have had horrible service everywhere we have gone, except when we had her. She was attentive and quick. Give that woman a raise!We ordered the trio n chips and It hit the spot with great sized portions. Thank you.
Ordered 10 traditional bone in wings with fries. The staff was courteous and the food came out pretty quickly. The ambiance is what is expected of a sports bar. I would come back if given the opportunity.
I put in an online order for wings for the Super Bowl 4 days in advance and even paid for the order ahead of time. We showed up to pick up our order and were told it was not in the system. They told us we would have to wait 35-40 minutes to make our order.They did not apologize or show the slightest bit of sympathy. They wouldn’t even give us a discount despite wasting our time and making us miss the start of the game. I got the feeling this type of thing happens all the time here. They really need to work on their customer service.If you want my advice, order food from one of your local small businesses. The customer service will be way better. The employees here do not care about the customer. Needless to say, I will not be giving them any more of my business.
