I guess I ordered too many things and they didn't feel like making them, so they just said they are out of everything I ended up with nothing. I do not know how they are still operating, since reviewers with similar experiences seem to go back 5 years now.
There is this one rude lady that don’t like to work instead she will send the wrong order even after she has been told that its wrong. She always blames the customer for “ordering wrong” when I always order the same I only get it wrong from her.
My order (through door dash) was missing an item and they messed up the second item. I tried calling them but they never answer. Left then a VM and still waiting to hear back.
Went to the drive thru and they told me they weren’t taking any orders and to leave and I heard laughing in the background. I NEVER leave reviews but this place is the absolute worst and by looking at their recent reviews, I would say others agree with me. Hire better employees.
Worst Baskin Robbins. They don’t have anything from the menu except few regular ice creams. The lady said you have to wait because I’m the only person who’s taking and making orders, very rude terrible customer service.

the nice staff aloud me and my beautiful girlfriend to order ice-cream via walk-up, since the inside was closed. They Treated the situation with excellent care aswell as discussed with us the multiple flavors that they offered. This experience was great to end our date night. Will deffinetly be coming back.

This place is always out of ice cream. They might as well take the sign down and close. I bet they’re out of coffee as well. What a joke. Don’t even waste your time going to this location.
