Great Italian beef sandwich and super friendly staff. I was sitting at the restaurant next door not realizing they closed early, and Jonis (a Lou Malnati’s staffer) saw me sitting there and let me know that Lou’s is still open and could make me an amazing sandwich. It was right before closing and the staff was polite, helpful, and didn’t act inconvenienced at all. Best of all, the food was delicious (way better than what I would’ve gotten next door).
Ordered a pizza. Unfortunately they did it wrong. They were very nice and apologized for it. They refunded me the money and offered to make the pizza right for me but I'd have to wait 45 mins. I took the wrong pizza for free instead.
Super pleased with this location. While another Lou Malnatis pizzeria, located closer to us, refused delivery, this particular place took our order and timely delivered it with absolutely fantastic driver. Thank you so much!
Yum!!! We order pick up quite often. You can’t go wrong! The Chicago style and thin crust are both delicious. The cannoli dip is one of my favorite things!! I wish I could order extra chips! ❤️
Always topnotch pizza. Had the crustless tonight with sausage and pepperoni. The crust is actually made out of Italian sausage... Excellent choice for someone on a low carb keto diet.
Pizza did not meet expectations. it was dry and overcooked...cheese burnt on top. Second time we have had Pizza from this location and were disappointed both times. buy your Pizza somewhere else.
Malnati's is our favorite pizza. We prefer deep dish, also serve thin crust. You should note that this is a carryout only restaurant. You can order online or at the restaurant. The service is very good and we always get our pizza within a couple of minutes of when it's due.
Ordered delivery Friday Night. Never arrived. They sent to the wrong house. They said wait 48 hours for my refund to my card. It is past 48 hours: no refund to my card. Taking time out of the work day to solve this on the phone is frustrating.
Not sure what happened to the quality here, but really average on all accounts. Tomatoes were in massive chunks, tasted raw out of a can, and not seasoned. Pizza could’ve been cooked out more, tasted bland. Put me off deep dish for awhile.
Wow, got the Chicago style pizza and it was fantastic!! Highly recommend this place!!
