Wynburg is a great, family-owned business that has a very cheery atmosphere, helpful staff, and amazing food! I’m vegetarian, and there are plenty of options on the menu for me. I tried the eggs Benedict California-style with avocado and spinach and diced tomatoes.The avocado was fresh and sliced so thin that it was an amazing complement to the hollandaise sauce and the egg. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients in every bite! The owner even came up to me and said she had made it herself! Come to this place and you won’t be disappointed!(P.s.- the owner even said they have their very own hash brown specialist in house!)
Great location for brunch! We live in Libertyville and travel to Wynburg Cafe for the delicious food, great service and cozy atmosphere. Dog friendly is a perk for us!

I completely enjoy the service and food at the WnyBurg café. I almost never can decide what to get, because the menu is so robust and there is no wrong turn! The staff is always friendly, and that’s a tough thing to do in this pandemic world, they seem to find a way to overcome all the nonsense, and bring service with a smile, with piping hot dishes that I continually enjoy either dining in, or carry out. Keep doing what you’re doing!!!
WynBurg became our go-to breakfast take out during the COVID lock down and have continued to get breakfast here a few times a month either via take out or in person when meeting friends. The food is always hot, perfectly prepared, and timely. We appreciate the wide variety of breakfast options and the easy online ordering. The staff is always friendly as well. We highly recommend WynBurg as one of the best breakfast places in Arlington Heights.
Have ordered to-go multiple times for larger brunch parties/family holidays. Staff is always helpful and timely, great portion sizes. Breakfast wraps have been a huge hit with everyone who has had one and the build your own pancake kit impresses everyone - kids and adults alike - and tastes great. My family and I will continue to order from WynBurg
First I need to say that they tried. But the restaurant wasn't overly crowded. We ordered and waited almost one hour for our food. My food wasn't correctly made as ordered plus it was COLD! My son ordered a waffle which they never brought the syrup? until he was just about finished. We had to ask for water and coffee numerous times. After finally getting this poor hard-working server I let her know my food was wrong. By the time she brought it back everyone was done so I had her wrap it to go. I realize we need to he patient but this turned into a almost 2 hour breakfast. I've been here numerous times with a positive experience. This time I'm not sure about returning.
I had an amazing experience here in this spot. This WynBurg Café is really great! The service here is top-notch. Their staff is really kind, decent, friendly, attentive, and professional. They will greet you once you enter the place and even guide you inside the place to find a vacant spot. They will properly talk to you and they always got the orders correct. The only problem is their preparation because you need to wait 15-20 minutes to get your orders served. But still, their service is awesome. All of their staff is personable and nice. This place offers so many quality comfort foods, their menu is so huge, and they have lots of selections to choose from. You will absolutely love how great their menu is. Everything is phenomenal. All of their food can surely satisfy your cravings and make your stomach happy. Such a really great spot for breakfast or brunch. This is the best breakfast place I have ever been to here in this area of Arlington Heights. I am really impressed! All of the staff really made my experience much better. Today we ordered over $80.00 worh of breakfast food for pickup. They didnt have the pancakes we ordered and upon arrival we were told that we needed to pay an additional $0.39, they couldn't absorb the difference? I would be embarrassed to make that request of a customer. They didntt seem to care.Steve & Paty,Not only di you charge us $0.39 which I believe was unnecessary, you also shorted an order of bacon which according to your menu is $3.95. Additionally, parts of the order was not properly, potatoes were not cooked as ordered. I was not going to make another complaint, but your defense of this ridiculous charge prompted me to do so. I believe you should have responded by apologizing and not blaming rising food costs. I am certain that you are passing these costs on to your customers as noted by the $.39 we were embarrassed into paying.
