After a very long week, my BF treated himself and ordered a 14 inch pan w/black olives, shrimp, garlic, and spinach for delivery. There were giant, mushy, wet, onion-tasting stewed tomatoes all over it. He has been ordering from Wayne's for well over 20 years, so he's always known what to expect when ordering. He was instantly repulsed and couldn't eat it even after removing the mushy, sloppy add-ons.Called to see what could be done. Staff insinuated that he was trying to 'pull something'! They told him to drive the pizza back to them. He was just going to eat the cost, but I wouldn't have it. I drove the pizza back to get a refund. The gal at the counter couldn't have pretended to care less. Sad. Wayne's was a pleasant part of life up until this evening. Never again. Goodbye Wayne's.
i have a auto repairing shop close by this pizza place it is one of the best pizza I had, And yes I highly recommend this place most best very tasty pizza i had they use real cheese not like you see at other places they even put the extra sauce like i wanted very perfect pizza i will go there more often if I could put more than 5 stars i would give it 10 stars Thank you
BEST PIZZA I HAVE HAD IN YEARS! The pizzas are always cooked as requested,perfectly! I Don’t know why people complain about 1 time something goes wrong because I can guarantee that 99% of the time all pizzas are cooked and enjoyed! I don’t live close but every single time I get a feeling to get pizza I drive to Wayne’s pizza ASAP! If you want pizza for any occasion go to Wayne’s pizza for sure!!
My parents and my family have ordered from here more times then I can count. The ONE time that we call to advise them that the large cheese pizza we ordered was too salty (salt water salty) and we could not eat it, they offered us 10% off of our next order. I reminded them that the pizza was not going to be eaten and if they could refund us the $16.00 or credit us for the next time, we’d prefer that. I was told that they would not refund us in any way and the best they could do was 10% off our next order. My wife and kids ended up eating sandwiches for dinner and this is the best they could do?? I could’ve asked them to remake the pizza and deliver it but we didn’t want to inconvenience them. This was a terrible business decision as they have lost two households from ordering from them any longer. I will be sharing this with everyone I know!

I AGREE Great Customer Service. I got 'caught' in the no paper in the printer so #84 on Friday night did not print, hence....NO order for me when I went to pick up those 2 pizzas. Friendly staff, offered to immediately replace at no charge. I had to wait the 15 minutes to remake them but very happy with the outcome and the great pizza's we enjoyed! Thanks, no wonder you have been there so long!!
The pizza here is a top-notch! Thin, crispy, delicious, and phenomenal. No wonder why lots of people keep coming back just to order again some their quality flavors of pizza. Everything at this place is great. They made all of their food to perfection. This is the best pizza house I have ever been to. Wayne’s Pizza is consistently excellent! Their employees are kind and attentive. They all work so fast and quick. They are very accommodating. They will assist you the whole time you are in their place. They are really personable and awesome. You won’t be disappointed here at Wayne’s Pizza. I would really love to visit and come back here again. My experience here is really great and unforgettable. Have been coming here for 20+ years. Walk in and an angry Italian man is yelling at his young staff, felt very unsettled by this. Also uneasy by what I found in my cheese.
Had a really bad experience over the phone. They refused to deliver to my location 12 minutes away because they only deliver within 10 minute distance. Even their website says they deliver to my location. Been going here my whole life and praised their pizza. No longer.
This pizza is great. Good thin crispy crust, with great ingredients for toppings.Pro tip that not many people know about, they make their fresh pizzas and freeze them so you can cook them at home and it's like you order delivery.. trust me it's the best frozen pizza you will ever buy better than anything you can buy from any grocery store.
