I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza and half of the pizza did not have cheese. I also asked for extra sauce on the pizza which was not accommodated.I'm giving two stars, because I have had Tortorice's pizza before and when it is done right, it is delicious; however there is no consistency and I never know what I'm going to get.
We had a party last night and ordered their Picasso pizza well done. Not only did it look like thin crust because it was thinner than usual but it was also salty and not well done as asked. They asked us to bring it back for the refund and only gave us for 1 pizza a refund since the other had a few slices missing but they didn’t care about the gas back and forth that was wasted!!! We will never change our Ninos Pizza!
Food was good but the wait was half again what they had promised. Just be aware your pizza might take longer than you thought

Tortorice’s is a JOKE of a pizza restaurant. They have the audacity to call themselves a legit pizza restaurant ?. Breadsticks are hard as a rock not even rock hard. More like an unbreakable substance. The pizza was also very very soggy. Like a sock soaked in water for too long like 10 days too long. Going here the first few tims since the early-Mid 80's & this place has NOT skipped a beat on their pizzas!!! I was a little villa fan since the 70's BUT quality has taken a nosedive so with that being said? I will take my business BACK to Tortorice's GREAT PIZZA!!!! A++++
Please, read and trust recent reviews on here regarding their negligent customer service.. They blame customers on the phone when vocal frustrations are displayed their way, instead of learning and taking the hit on their errors.They blamed it on my mother's foreign accent and thought they could get away with our situation, both during and after our order when we called back. I can forgive bad food, but there's a sour taste of bad character that this staff has that deems this place forever unworthy of doing business with.
Have been going here for 40 years. Never again. Customer service is awful. They get the order wrong and barely apologize. Asked them to throw in a bag of fries for our trouble. Couldn't spare a potato for a loyal customer of 4 decades! Bring your coupon or they will make you go home and get it! Unbelievable! Guess it's Vini's in Elk.Grove or Mug's from now on!
Terrible service. I walk in and order a cheeseburger and fries. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait which is very normal. I wait 30-35 minutes and then finally my food was ready. I go home and my burger was barely warm it was as if it was sitting there and it wasn’t even correct I asked for Mayo and there wasn’t any sign of it, my fries were like that aswell and then the cup of cheese I ordered melted the little cup it was in and spilled everywhere. I am not happy with this place this is the 3rd time I felt like I was forgotten about, never again.
