I go here fairly frequently since it's close to home. But the last time at the drive-thru was hopefully just a one-time experience.I drove away without checking the bag and they gave me something completely different and much less desirable than what I had ordered. Since I had left I ate it anyways and heavily regretted it. Let's just say it's not the place to get quesadillas (canned, liquid fake cheese and messy to eat with sodium overload), but I do recommend their steak chalupas.
This Taco Bell is full of the sweetest employees ever. I love Taco Bell. Who doesn't? This location is great, food is great, food is always hot, and fast. Definitely recommend.

Easily the cleanest bathrooms in any Taco Bell I've ever been in. Does this mean I've been to too many Taco Bells in my life? Probably, but I am who I am and I like who I am.
I’m generally not a review-writing type of gal, but it needs to be said: Ronan is genuinely one of the most friendly and genuine people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! I’m always happy to go to this location because of his awesome attitude and my order is right and well-made 24/7!
This location always great, by great I mean your order is right and they know how to make the food. That's all I want in a taco bell. Hard to come by even 50 percent of the time.
I ordered online for a crunch wrap and a crunchy taco, and I changed it from beef to beans but they didn’t change it. I don’t know if it was the app or if it was their fault but I called and they said to come back and I did then they changed one of the tacos and when I got back home I found out they didn’t change the other. They completely ruined my lunch.
Ronan is awesome! Was super fast very polite and helped me out with an incorrect order. Honestly never had someone so good at their job at a Taco Bell.
The only TB that gets things right all the time. From customer service to getting the order correct all the time. The TB in Villa Park/Lombard should really send them there for training.
Food was good and made on time staff was OK but what do you expect from taco bell
