Avoid this place horrible service
Best coffee!
Espresso/coffee machine not working. A coffee shop should never let this be a reason. Have a backup. We left empty handed and went to nearby Duncan.
Love this location. The employees are so nice and the manager is great too.
Expensive for no reason. How lazy you have to be, for not able to make a cup of coffee with milk for yourself on the morning, and pay 3$-5$ for a cup. Special in this economic crisis, but most of the Americans have left hand and lazy. Nothing special in this Starbucks coffee..I never buy. People buy expensive coffee maker for home and make your coffee.

Not good
I completed my shopping at Target with 3 small children and thought it would be nice to order a latte. What a mistake! I get into line more that 6 feet away from the 2 customers in front of me. These 2 people back up and almost stand next to me with my cart and three children. Also, there is a customer standing on a dot 6 feet behind me. The Starbucks employee rudely orders me to stand at a dot 6 feet behind these 2 customers. This employee needs to open her eyes and see that there was a customer standing where she wanted me to go. I left without my latte. I experienced horrible customer service.
Surprised at the poor quality of this Starbucks. I ordered two identical drinks and one was horrible! Later I asked for an additional pump of syrup in hopes it would hide the flavor but it didn't work. When I returned for the syrup, a different lady was in charge of making drinks-- she nor the young man at the register (he seemed new) didn't know how to make them and she was looking them up on her cell phone. I am patient with new employees, but I don't think that was the reason. (If it was, Starbucks wouldn't/shouldn't have two new employees working together. They know better than that!)
