The staff is great and friendly 9 out of the 10 times I go and I can always trust in the quality of their flat whites, but I have to admit I'm really disappointed with the cold brew quality at this location. It always tasteswatered down and a bit overbrewed. One small splash of cream shouldn't nearly completely pale the coffee and while I understand making cold brew is a bit of a process, this shouldn't be an issue if following standards.
Last time I was at this place I ordered a drink with iced almond milk, well instead I got it hot like a latte . I actually liked it so much, that this time I came in to order this drink and the manager Jacob was yelling at me because I told him that it’s not the same drink. It had mocha in it., and I don't like mocha. I asked to re -do it for a latte with almond milk and he kept yelling at me and being rude, its just a drink no need to be so aggressive! No need for you to jump out of the window to aggressively talking to, especially I told you I will pay for it, but you just kept yelling and acting so aggressive!
Good service, always fully staffed. The background music is a bit too loud for me personally to be able to have a dialogue or take a phone call while working there, otherwise, great location.
Gave my order but sadly got the milk I didn't ask for (which I have an allergy intolerance to) . Also asked for only 2 pumps of syrup and got full. Should I have to check my drink before I leave? No! Because of this got very sick.So a sad reminder Yes you have to check your drink before you pull away.
I go to this Starbucks all the time. Good, fast service and always the best quality.
What I like most about going to a chain coffee shop is that there is usually some consistency in what you order. Not here apparently! I ordered through the app so there was no miscommunication and my order was completely wrong. Truly disappointing.

My favorite drink is the Pumpkin Spice latte. Starbucks is a wonderful place to meet friends and have coffee.
