Terrible service, employees were laughing amd they didn’t put attention to the theirs jobs and client, I ordered Turkey sandwich ciabatta bread and the sandwich was extremely hot and spread all over me and my car, the cashier not even offered me napkins until I requested it, this is not the first time about the bad Starbucks service here. Totally disappointed!
Today at 2:15pm I came to this Starbucks to grab 1 cup of coffee for myself as I do every day.I accidentally missed the order station, stayed in line at the «window»…when I drove up to the window and apologized explaining the situation, the employee did not even listen to me to the end, interrupted and said, I need to make a circle around the Starbucks and place an order only at the station .. I I was upset with such service, this happened to me for the first time !! I spend a lot of money every day at Starbucks and I was denied service

Best coffee in Chicago land. Whenever I want a good cup I swing by a Starbucks. They are a good source for gift certificates cards to give away for Christmas or any occasion for a present business or personal. Quick and good service! I love the way that this location makes the hot matcha latte with sweet cream foam + oat milk.
This can be a great Starbucks or the worst depending on who is working. I have had great coffee here but a couple times it has tasted very old. There is one barista in particular if I here her voice over the intercom I drive away because I know my order will be wrong. But when she is not there it’s always great.
I came thru drive thru about 715 pm. It was just me then a line formed behind me. All I ordered was 1 drink. I was sitting in drive thru for about 6/7 minutes waiting for an iced drink, while the employees were just talking it up. Won't be returning. Thanks
If you have a medical condition where you are unable to wear a mask DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. I entered with my friend who was wearing a mask and I went before her to order and I was denied service by a bald headed barista by the name of Brian. I told him that I am unable to wear a mask due to my medical condition and he goes “That doesn’t matter get out” me and my friend left. This place discriminated me and I just want to note that it’s not that I don’t want too I just can’t wear one and I followed CDC guidelines of social distancing.
Went through the drive thru after the worst first date experience of my life, told the woman working at the drive-thru that I needed the best coffee in the world to cheer me up. When I got to the window she asked me all about it and if I was ok and it brightened my day so much for her to take time to talk with me! Not only did the employees cheer me up they totally did make the BEST coffee I’ve ever had from Starbucks and I’ve been going to this Starbucks since before I could even walk! Shoutout to them!
My wife ordered me a cold brew with milk and got this... I'm not sure if there is any coffee in this. For a $4 drink this is a crime.
