Terrible. Ordered the chicken and it was so dry and hard it was inedible. It's obvious they just reheated food cooked days before. A big waste of money and won't be back. Plenty of other good places around.
7/8 of the tacos we ordered we good. I got to my last taco and the tortilla was rock hard like it had been out all day. It was extremely disappointing since all of the rest of them were okay.Customer service was not very good. Not friendly. The place was empty on a taco Tuesday…. No wonder.
Placed an order for pickup arrived at time for pickup and they told me they did not even start preparing my order yet. One hour and fifteen minutes after I had placed my order I was finally brought my food. When I returned home with the food it was cold had to reheat everything. The chips in the nachos were extremely greasy and soggy. I'm a first and last time customer!!!
This Senor Pollo is definitely my new favorite spot to hang-out with my friends. This place is really awesome and full of amazing quality foods. This is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. This place is literally a gem in this area of Arlington Heights. They also belong to those places that most visited. They are so easy to find and their place is really near to different popular places around. So convenient and accessible. Their staff is nice, friendly, decent, and also very accommodating. They all really know how to manage their customers and how to serve so well. They are fast workers and can serve the orders in just a few minutes of waiting. They are so great! All of them are good and personable. They literally made my experience so much better. I would really like to visit this place again when I have some free time. Also will continue to explore their menu. Really want to take a bite to each of every food they have. See you in a bit Senor Pollo! Thank you for amazing customer service! Keep it up! You are great!
This restaurant has the best chicken in northwest suburbs. I recommend this place to everyone. You will like it. 5 star rating for sure.
Second visit first over two years ago forgot about this restaurant. Went for carry out ordered taco dinner pork (Mexican)and had a beer while waiting offered up chips and salsa excellent. Restaurant is very clean and wide open nice bar area with TV’s behind back bar ,and video gaming.brought home food and it was also excellent. I’ve hit other Mexican food restaurants in the area this by far is top on my lists

My wife ordered taco platters the previous day over the phone. For our kids 18th birthday, she really wanted Mexican. Facebook groups said this was the place to go. I get there today right on time. They have no idea about my order. The counter person kind of ignores me for a bit and goes back to work. After calling my wife to confirm she did order from here, the guy found the order taped to the wall right behind him. 20 minutes later the food was ready. No discount or apology. Food now late for the party. Last time ordering from here for me andy family.
