great please and great food, but I noticed that there are changes on the chicken finger size, can disappointed ?

After going to another place to pick up a catering order of chicken for my daughter's birthday party and they did not have the order and only 30 mins until guests would be showing up. We called Raising Canes, Jacob took the call and said don't worry we have you covered. With in 20 mins I was able to pick up 75 pieces of chicken with the delicious canes sauce. Party was back on track and guests loved the chicken!! Thank you Jacob and Raising Canes team for going above and beyond and saving the day!!!

Been meaning to try this new Raising Canes for a while now and I must say it was quite a let down. I placed and order ahead on the mobile app and requested curbside pickup. Arrived and parked at the restaurant 3 minutes before my scheduled time and selected the "I'm here" button on the app. I got a confirmation that my food would be out shortly. It was 3pm and the restaurant didn't look busy. I waited in my car for more than 10 minutes before I decided to go in and check on my order. When I walked in, there was no line and one guy at the counter who greeted me. I told him about my order and he shuffled through some receipts, then points over at the "pick up" shelf where my order was sitting. Why offer the curbside pickup option if you still have to walk in to get your order? As I'm walking out the employee says "sorry we didn't bring it out to you". I get home and noticed I didn't get any straws for the 4 drinks I ordered. The lemon wedge that was supposed to be in my wife's ice tea drink was instead placed in my diet coke cup, like how do you mess that up? The cole slaw is now warm because it's been sitting IN the container with the chicken tenders and fries, which are now just warm because of how long it was sitting at the pickup shelf. Total incompetence. Looks like I'll be sticking with KFC and Popeyes.

Consistently delicious food with quick service. Despite this location being new and the nearest Cane’s being ~30 minutes away, drive-thru is often empty and you are able to get in and out within 2 minutes. Customizations are easy to make with the few items on the menu.

One of the BEST places for CHICKEN TENDERS, esp. their breading- light, crispy, NOT OILY, NOT GREASY at all. The House CANE'S Sauce is great, offering more peronality, characters than the xommon RANCH or BBQ sauces. My family believes the CANE'S is mostly the mixture of Ranch and BBQ, plus some SECRET ingredients! ... We dined inside. Nice, comfy furniture. There are a few tables with high chairs. COOL! .... There are 2 NOOKS, for about 6 people, in each. VERY NICE! The HOUSE "Fresh Squeeze Cold LEMONADE" is Excellent...The BEST in any national chain. The atmosphere is happy, upbeat. The staff is enthusiastic. The customers are happy to be here. There is a reasonable large outdoor eating area, under cover, with nice, clean tables and chairs. Today weather is rather cool, so all customers are inside, where it is not too crowded, and more cozy. ... We ordered 2 of the $10.59 BOX COMBO with 4 Tenders + House LEMONADE, and 1 of the $10.29 BOX COMBO, also with 4 Tenders , but with FOUNTAIN DRINK (30 cents cheaper) ... . This COMBO comes with a piece of thick Buttered TOAST (very nice), a cup of Cole Slaw (small, but refreshing), and a large serving of French FRIES. As a whole, it was quite a pleasant dining experience. We appreciate the chance to DINE IN, after the 2+ years of COVID. Our thoughts were then directed to other parts of the World, where COVID is still raging. MAY ALL be free of COVID very soon! ... Let's end with a promising note: WE WILL COME BACK TO CANE'S ... We are very lucky to be in THE USA!

This is the newly opened restaurant for Raising Cane's, and I decided to check it out. The store is open, but they still do not allow people to dine in. They are only open for drive-through and pick-up. I knew that when I was in the restaurant, so I then went to the drive through. There wasn’t a long line, which is great. The staff in the drive through is nice and friendly. It was super quick for me. I got my orders immediately, and so I went home. I just got the three-finger combo. The food was given to me fresh and hot, and it was still hot even when I was able to eat it after a short drive. It tastes good. Yeah, just the usual Cane’s food tastes like. The chicken fingers are tender and juicy and somehow crispy; the crinkle-cut fries have a good seasoning to them and the Texas toast tastes good too. It was a good meal at a reasonable price, but it is not the type of food that I am willing to have every single day. The restaurant also has limited options on their menu. It is still a good option, but it could be better if there were a variety of options.

Half the chicken tenders were small dry and with too much breading for the amount of meat the other half were fairly good. Since the only thing on the menu is chicken tender meals they should be much better quality and consistency to them. The fries were soggy and not very good either.

Tried it for the first time the other day, fairy good chicken tenders juicy and tender, could’ve been a little bit spicier for my taste. Menu is very limited But if you’re going for chicken tenders you should be satisfied.

New franchise. The chicken is good and the dipping sauce is very good. Drive thru works great. Not a great variety but if you want fresh chicken it is highly recommended

Just as Joe Patterson said previously. I went tonight as IL has finally lifted mask mandate and I'm ve been waiting to check this new place out. Remember that their original opening in Oct. was delayed for months so you' d think they would be welcoming. So, you can go inside and order at the counter but you can't sit in dining room to eat comfortably. I tried to do just that and manger said that dining room would be open on Wed. That seems a bit arbitrary. See explained that it is a corporate decision and they are located in a different state. I asked if that is the state of denial or state of confusion? We all know that chicken fingers aren't in short supply. They are widely available and most are pretty darn good. Raising Cane's is also decent but not worth the hassle. Knowing they are tone deaf to local market is clear signal they will have a difficult time moving forward
