I love Qdoba. Great food. Great place. However, the recipes changed since Covid...so the food is a little different...but not for the better...=/This particular location, the staff was super awesome. They were so great. They were kind, quick, and efficient. I didn't have any issues here. Would dine again! =)Oh, but it is over priced.
Amazing service. I started going there after hitting the gym. The food was amazing and the staff was very kind. I recall even getting a free cup to drink when I didn't have enough money to afford a cup. Definitely better then Chipotle.
Brisket Tacos. I could just stop right there. But the loaded nachos are completely customizable, the queso is incredible, and unlike a similar chain, the portions are VERY generous, don't cost extra, and the flavors are consistent every visit.The only bad thing I have to say is that there aren'tore of them widespread throughout IL.
Steak meat was raw and greasy. The rest of the ingredients were tasteless.
Completely messed up my entire order, didn’t grab my drink and when I called they said they couldn’t do anything about it since i ordered it off uber eats. what if i was allergic to something in the bowl that they messed up. and then proceeded to tell me if i come back with my receipt tomorrow they can help me well I don’t live near here so if i could give a 0 i would.
I don’t usually do reviews but I’m pretty sure I got food poisoning tonight. Had an early dinner and now have been throwing up all night. Disappointed and this is the last time I’ll eat at qdoba.

Ordered a burrito. As clearly shown on the ticket. Got a bowl instead. Called back just to get my order right and seems to be mass confusion on how to handle this simple situation. I’ve worked in fast food and I can say from experience, it shouldn’t be that hard to accommodate someone if an order is wrong.They expected me to come back. Asked me when I planned on coming just to credit me for another order. Though that is thoughtful, I simply asked for my card to be credited to the appropriate amount since burritos are significantly more than burrito bowls.Not to mention, terrible customer service. Don’t plan on coming back to this location.
