Something definitely wrong with this branch lately. Used to be excellent, but over the past few months, they've been closing earlier than they were supposed to. Twice I've ordered online and driven there only to find the place closed/no chicken left. Hope they shape up soon.
I placed an order for delivery from Doodash, the order wasn't secured the bag was open my food was cold and my drink wasn't secured in any way, the lid wasn't even taped down. My entire order was open and available to be tampered with. No thank you Popeyes I won't be ordering from you again. Take care of your customers, that's the least you can do as high as your prices are.
I give it one star only because my message won't post. If not it would get zero. Worst customer service i ever had at any restaurant i have ever been too. Manager had an attitude and refused to give me a 4 piece with all thighs. Location is dirty and old. Definitely not the restaurant that its website picture shows. Building and employee attitudes need to be bulldozed and started anew.
Usually have had great experiences with this location but recently I ordered some tenders and they were very dry and tasted over cooked, fries were over cooked. I just ordered a plain chicken sandwich combo and the sandwich came with the spicy Mayo and the bun was stale. Seems like corporate really needs to help this location out
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich at 12pm on Tuesday 6/21/2022 and received a bag that smelled rancid.I pulled up, opened the bag and discovered a burnt and spoiled piece of something (see photo). I pulled back to the driver through, because the dining room was closed and was told. "we haven't changed the grease in our fryers in weeks and the cooperate office is making us stay open". I will be contacting the county health department to file a complaint. I cannot believe a company would willingly risk making someone dangerously sick because the either cant find oil and are trying to save a few dollars.The smell will keep me from ever eating at a Popeyes again.
I have always gotten chicken from this place and they are usually okay.I bought a three piece combo and the chicken tasted it old and it had a burned taste to it and it smelled bad. Took a bite and threw out in the trash. Tried to call to let them know, but no one picked up the phone. Not going back here again. Very disappointing.
Worst experience. Very unprofessional. Ordered online when we went to pick up they locked the door and there was no response even through drive through. Not a courtesy to let us know the store was closed. If the store was closed why did they have to accept the online order? I had made payment already and during pick up imagine the frustration. To our surprise the employees kids noticed us and informed those employees and even then nobody cared to inform us what was going on. Worst place, worst employees overall a very worst decision to choose this store for the weekend ?
I don’t understand people who gave only one star.This place is always busy, but all employees are trying their best to serve customers, even if they are being so rude to them. Be nice and try to understand employees situation. It is not that hard to understand they are short staffed, so just be patient! Mistakes sometimes happened but it is understandable when is rush hour. They always fix my order like it should be!They don’t have to be open if there is only two employees at the store which is almost everyday like that, but they are trying to be open for you!I can only imagine how hard it has to be for a young man who work every day from open till close - 7 days per week! It is almost 100h/week! And dealing with angry/rude customers every single day.Show a little respect for those who show up and giving a meal for your family!I can only say thank you for a great service and the best experience at this location!
Worst Popeyes ever because I placed an online order, drove there, waited in line for drive-through for good 10min, only to find out the store is not open!It wasn't late at night or anything. It was 6pm on Thursday. There was a long line of cars at their drive-through because they didn't put up a sign saying this location is closed!
The store was only open for drive-thru when I went. I ordered online and didn't have to wait long in line. The staff was nice. The food was so-so but then I'm not a Popeye's fan.
