The problem with carry out pizza is you don't see what you have till you get home. The Pizza I ordered was wayyy overdone. The cheese was dark and the edges crispy instead of chewy. They also placed way to much seasoning on the pizza as after the first bite, it was just to much...I knew when I ordered I wasn't getting a gourmet pizza, but I would have been better with a frozen pizza I cooked myself than bothering to order Pizza Hut carry out
Do not purchase from here, esp If you are a minority. The cashier (it states their name is Vladimir on my receipt) was obviously curt and dismissive to me. I would have written it off as a bad day if they hadn’t been overly nice and generous with another customer who happened to be Caucasian. I tried calling the establishment five times to report the rude behavior but there was no answer. I just wanted to share my experience because I could tell that the cashier felt that there wouldn’t be any repercussions which why they felt comfortable doing so
Called to place a order on 4/22/22 was told the wait would be 50 minutes. I said fine.the person answering the phone, then he huffs & puffs on the phone like I'm bothering him.. so I said never mind I'll spend my money elsewhere.. unbelievable!! It's only take-out crazy
Food arrived stone cold, when asked to have fixed employee Vladimir would only do as a carry out, when I had it delivered, and refused to provide the Area/district managers number to get the matter resolved since he didn't want to assist. "Great" help for those of us who live in an assisted living facility. WARNING! DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS FRANCHISE!!! Owner responded with an email for me to reach out to them directly, emailed, and the owners NEVER replied back!

I ordered online when I went to pick it up I was told I didn't order from that store.They said I could order and wait 20 minutes. It was really cold so I said ok.5 minutes later a man walks in he was mad ?, he said he was already home when realized they gave him the wrong pizza. I asked him what was the name on the order.Sure enough it was mine.No apologies offered to me.
Bread is not cut property or made the topping equally placed across the bread. Made it on time as soon as reach able to collect it without further delay.
I finished more than half pizza and still hungry. No cheese ? very little souse and wrong , I ordered bbq . Overcooked. Breadsticks no cut .
The woman at the counter did not have her mask on properly, it was under her nose and mouth and under her chin. They were also serving those who did not have masks on. My pizza was not made correctly and they said they would redo it did not offer any concessions (discounts, coupons for next time) and that it would take 15 mins. Having to wait, I expected a fresh pizza but instead it seems like they just added the missing ingredients to my pizza and re-baked it making it fairly dry.
Perfect amount of toppings and great friendly service
