I have ordered additional quinoa to salad and they placed rice instead of it. I thought it was mistake at first time. And 2d time when I ordered the same, I wrote note to put quinoa as per my order. But they placed rise again! Otherwise order prepared quickly. But I didn’t want rice. That’s annoying.
Saw an employee dig in his ear as he walked behind the service counter where the register is. Didn't wash his hands, just went right back to the register and started taking orders. GROSS!
I placed my order @2:33 pmI arrived early my food was sitting on the counter very cold. And the ticket time was 2:43 pm when I looked at my clock it was 2:40 lol
So disappointed. Ordered a sandwich asked for "just cheese and onions." Got the sandwich covered in horseradish. Thought the beef had turned. Had to toss it after two bites. Even pre-tipped.Went home had a bologna and cheese. Much better.
Great food, good service, clean. Worker's are polite. Food fresh, and good.
Terrible service, many employees and nobody took my order, employees were talking, texting, manager didn’t put attention to my request. I don’t recommend this Panera place in Arlington Heights

This is a pic of the Green Goddess salad that we picked up today. After I ate the toppings all the greens are cheap iceberg lettuce. There is no nutritional value in this lettuce and the menu describes this salad as having a mix of romaine, baby kale, red leaf lettuce and arugula. I am tired of Panera cutting corners like this. What a waste of $13.
Don't get me wrong the food is good and the service is great. But I just cringe when I have to pay for overpriced food and do not get my money's worth. $13 for a half soup and half sandwich. No drinks or anything else.
Rude and incompetent. Name tag looked to read Berney, I did not appreciate how she spoke to me. First they never got my order, then they were still making it, then I was at the wrong cafe and finally someone must have stolen it. It could have been handled way better
