I've been to this Olive Garden time and time again. The food is consistent so I've never had to complain about that. What changes is the service, and this time the service was absolutely phenomenal. Our server was attentive and very pleasant. The FOH manager also stopped by to check in which was nice to see.

I know, I know. It's a big brand chain restaurant. But also, I'm addicted to their soup, salad, & breadsticks. It's SO nice to be able to go to a full service restaurant and have a delicious meal with enough money to leave a good tip without breaking the bank!
Always a positive experience. Food is always hot, and tastes great. The staff always tops off water and will give more hot breadsticks if you ask. Some locations are “cheap” on the Parmesan cheese for your soup but this location will grate as much as you want. If you aren’t sure what you are wanting, just ask the server and they’ll be more than happy to help you choose something. We have never been disappointed with the recommendations. This is one of the better locations in the area and definitely will keep coming back and would recommend.
A great place to enjoy good food. Nice, clean, neat place, with excellent service provided by professional servers. They present their food with the best possible way. Highly, highly recommended. If I will go there again? Absolutely.
We were disappointed. Dirty hot tea cups, no honey, poor tea bag choices, our waiter brought us about 20 lemon wedges!! High menu dinner prices, my wife and I decided to leave at this point to avoid any more disappointments. We ended up going to chilli's
Food was good, service needs complete overhaul.When you turn on the button on the Ziosk terminal to call the waitstaff back to your table, it shouldn't take the waiter more than 15 minutes, and 8 or 9 trips past your table to actually stop to see what you want.The kitchen staff should also have the brains required to remove frozen desserts from the freezer long before they are ordered (Maybe, just maybe, they will have the "Sicilian Cheesecake" ready for tomorrow.....)Slow service + ignoring our table + no dessert for the guy who pays the check = Low tip!Don't get me wrong, I've tipped 30% or more for great service and good food at other places in the past, but this level of incompetence surely doesn't rate even 1/3 of that sort of tip.
For my birthday my husband ordered Olive Garden pickup when he got the food home within 10 min. It was cold and I got food poisoning, I was up all night sick ?and couldn’t go to work the next day. This is the second and the last time ?update due to this post the manager Arturo Arias did reach out and refunded us with an e-gift card we did use it in person no carry out or pickup and it was awesome??
Katie was a wonderful waitress. We were in a party of 10, and not the easiest of people. I'll miss going out when the vaccine mandate goes away.
Food was most excellent, and our server was vibrant and attentive. Great job to the reception area staff. It isn't easy these days having to manage the new protocols and check Vax cards, but they handled the task with ease and patience. And the manager even stopped by our table to make sure we had what we needed and that we were having a good time. Fantastic job, Olive Garden!!
