Internet is one of the essential service that customers include in the meal costs and tip, its worst here. can't even load a webpage properly, it takes few mins to load any.Coming to food, thats not as expected, overcooked and less flavors. Glad they improve both of them.If you need internet for any purposes during your lunch time, this is definetly not the place you need to choose!!!
Noodles are mushy not as usual. Also, I ordered without an ingredient and cook just didn't read and it was with the ingredient.
The closest Noodles is 10 minutes away but half the time the Doordash driver gets lost and is 20-30 minutes late. When the store leaves something out of my order (a quarter of the time), I get options to a) pick it up at the store or b) get a gift card that can't be used online (neither useful if I'm ordering for delivery or c) get a refund for my item (no problem, It's not like I wanted the item anyway). They'd get a lot more business from me if they cared about getting my order right and on time.
Good food, fair price, and they make it fast and fresh.I wish there was more places like this.
We usually order at the Rolling Meadows location but since that restaurant closed, we decided to give this location a try. I had placed a huge order online and drove 15 minutes to pick it up. Once I got back to work, a lot of my coworkers, including myself were not happy with our orders. To name a few, The MED SALAD came without the feta cheese and the VERACRUZ SALAD had a super brown avocado in the dish. We had spent well over $50 and we are highly disappointed. I wish we could receive a credit to use at the Schaumburg location. I have had no issues at that location. Don't waste your time coming to the Arlington location.
Thank you so much for great customer service experience, something was missing in my order, they found the best solution to fix it. Very friendly and very delicious meals as always! I will be back definitely.Parking in the back..Order :A.V.
Good food however very difficult to get to minimal parking
It was my first time back to this location in about 12 to 14 years. First visit to any noodles and co. My wife loves it but I was skeptical because I didn't enjoy what I ordered years ago. My food I had was good. The order was wrong, and I could see where the mistake was made. Shrimp scampi and shrimp scampi zucchini. I ordered the scampi and received the zucchini....no big deal I guess. To help sales I'd suggest letting customers know that you do have bread. French baguette if I'm not mistaken. My fault for not asking though. Desserts were wonderful and the service was extremely friendly. We'll try it again sometime soon.
Will try never come to this place again, if nothing will change! Penne rosa was again dry, meet was dry, bad quality and sauce was not enough. It was food made not for people, without human relation to customers, who will eat this. In Christal lake the same dish was perfect. In Noodles in Arlington Heights always very bad, I disappointed. Also workers need to be more friendly, respectful, polite, not like it was not one time. It is not a right way to work with people, customers.
I used to come here all the time as a kid, and I can certainly tell you that it's much more run down then back then, but it's still good. I also remember that the servace was better: They had real dishes, and it was much less like a fast food restaurant than it is now. However, I do recommend it! You can eat inside or outside.:)
