I went for lunch so maybe not the perfect representation. A great quiet spot, that's open late, has plenty of roll or BBQ options. Service was excellent and food was great. The only thing stopping a 5 star view in my mind is that when comparing with equally priced sushi locations, the amount of food you get falls a little short. Will be back, but probably not my go-to.
I ordered online. The staff was very friendly and they added miso to my order. The miso was delicious along with the two rolls I ordered. Very good prices for really good food. amazing find!
Clean and quiet spot with somewhat of an European/ urban feel while hidden in the NW suburbs. Open late, until midnight! Excellent customer service. Sushi is made with high quality ingredients and perfectly balanced. I haven’t tried many of the other Korean dishes yet but their bibimbap seems to be way more authentic than your typical Korean fried chicken place. Highly recommend!
Great atmosphere, great food, and great background music. Korean entrees were all very good. We got there shortly after they opened for dinner and they were not at all busy. I didn't get any sushi, but they seemed to have a decently large selection.
We got there at 9:30 pm on a Thursday night . One half of the restaurant was empty and they wouldn’t seat anyone there. The waiter said 40 minute wait. The guy making the sushi was very rude and told us the kitchen is closed and not seating any more people. All that could have been said nicely. Will we ever go back. No! If you are in service industry please remember that politeness goes a long way.
Wasn’t super happy with our experience. A roach was on our table right in front of my brother and I. He believes it came out from under the plates our server brought us, or came from under the table. Either way- a roach on our eating space is unacceptable. We discreetly informed staff, and they were very nonchalant about the whole thing. They wiped it away and didn’t offer us a discount or anything for such an experience. Didn’t clean the table after it.My group was too hungry to leave after we had already waited so long, so most of us stayed and finished our food. One of us cancelled their order and didn’t eat at all.I’m not so ignorant to believe a building can be free of such insects, but having one in plain sight on our eating space was nauseating.
Finally!! A good sushi right next to Elk Grove! Been trying to find a good sushi place in/near EGV for a while now, and they're all okay. Nikko Sushi is really yumm! We got the Dragon Breath deep fried roll(top left), Godzilla(top right), and the Spicy Crunch Crab(bottom) to go and all rolls were tasty and fresh! Definitely want to come back and try more rolls! Got a miso soup with it as well which was a nice surprise!!!
I’m sure dinning in is a good experience, but takeout/carry out? Terrible. Little over an hour which wouldn’t be a problem if they would stop lying through the app and giving in person false updates. Wearing a bright orange hoodie and the server forgot about me.
With Chef taking over the operation, service is much more friendly and food is absolutely delicious!
Worst place! Had to ask the waiter three times for water! The place does not even close till midnight and the people here asking us to pay for our food one hour before. The prices are so outrages and the food is mediocre! We ordered dumplings and for $8 they gave us only 4 dumpling! The waiter never came back to refill my water at all! This is the worst place! Will never come back!!
