Mugs has been my boyfriends favorite pizza for years. Hes a regular and never really had problems with them. A few nights ago my boyfriend and I ordered a pizza and a sandwich. the meal was like 40 bucks. We asked for light cheese and well done. When we received the pizza it was loaded with cheese and not the least bit well done. I have stomach issues so I only eat when the cheese is cooked all the way In order to help digest better. we called back and explained this to the person there whos name was Mathew. He told us that the order would be reviewed and that he would called us back. We waited, no call back. So my boyfriend called them again. This is when Mathew proceeded to tell us that the owner reviewed a saved recording and that we DID NOT order the pizza well done or light cheese. Here's the best part. i actually do have camera in my house and I do have there real recording of him ordering the pizza. I went and found the recording and video and was told that I would get an email to sent it too. Never got it. Mathew refused to apologize for lying and saying that the call was recorded and that we did not order the way that we had proof of ordering. even though we played it back for him. We always order pizza the same way. the pizza is still sitting full on top of our garbage because I couldnt eat it. They refused to remake the pizza the way we asked for it. refused to give us a refund. they are liars and weren't expecting that I myself have cameras in my house. I don't even care about the pizza or the money anymore. but the fact that he straight up lied to us on the phone is really messed up. i guess Mathew didn't think we really had cameras.
I ordered a takeout. The double hamburger was really good, BBQ ribs and fries also. Great service, nice and friendly.
What happened to the cheese. Pizza is good don’t get me wrong but this is not a mugs pizza. I could if just ordered from rosatis and had it in half the time.
Terrible experience. I’ve ordered ribs and chicken before and it’s been delicious. The chicken came soggy. I ordered fried chicken and it was soggy wet breading and gross. I also ordered steak fries and I got overcooked soggy fries. When I called the place they refused to credit even part of the order. I would have eaten the chicken and tossed the fries. Said they quirk remake the chicken and fries which would be fine if it didn’t take another 20 minutes to cook and travel time. The person in the line sounded like she was making excuses. Said they no longer gave steak fries. I said it’s on their online order and she said we changed our menu. Not my fault that there website is wrong. Last time I order from them.

Love their chicken and rice soup. There rib tips were tender and seasoned. However, the BBQ sauce tasted a lot like ketchup. If the BBQ sauce was a little darker, more tangy and a bit sweet, the rib tips would have been on point.
She was very mean to hang up on my face they did not bring my order for my rib tips the food have no sauce on it and then she gave me an attitude and hang up on my face and she owes me $13 it is the worst pizza place we ever ordered from she is very rude and telling me she was right and I was wrong she is the worst manager ever talk to my entire life
Ordered delivery. They called me asking why I didn't pick it up. I paid with a card too. Whatever, it's $25 and mistakes happen. The food is decent but the fact my phone number is now blacklisted because of their mistake is horrible customer service.When you don't care for the customer like that, you don't deserve anyone's money.
Lost two stars today. Website took my order and charged my card. But, the location is closed now. Hoping they do the right thing and refund my money so I don't have to dispute the charge with my bank.
Never use Delivery - The few times we had delivered it's always terrible. This time we ordered - took just under 2 hours to get. Driver says nothing - sign my receipt and he takes off. Open the box and all messed up - looks like it was dropped a few times. Ran out the door to catch him(maybe 15 seconds after dropped off) and take it back but he knew it was coming and never stopped. Tried calling several times - sat on hold for 11 minutes called back and sat on hold another 8 minutes. Finally got someone and said what happened and to reverse the charge on my card since we are throwing the pizza out. The only excuse I was given is they are busy. Tried to explain that they need to stop taking orders if they are too busy to make and deliver on time and quality food. 50 happy customers is better than 100 pissed off customers. Food is fine - everything other than pizza is frozen so don't expect anything awesome - nothing great but good enough.
