Generally a good experiance. Wait is long sometimes but it is a McDonald's so expectations aren't high
The staff do not care about the quality of the food anymore. I saw the kitchen staff wearing gloves to handle food, but instead were on their phones. When we made eye contact the worker put her phone away and started making food WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES! I won’t be going to that location anymore. ?
Went in for a quick bite and was served almost immediately. Had the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich. First time trying it. It was good but I prefer Chick Fil A.
Very disappointed. Been going to this Micky D's for 18 years. Today I ordered 2 sausage biscuit with egg. Got to the window and was told $9.47. I was like what the F, asked the employee what's up with that and was told that is the price. I said no thank's. Sausage biscuit with egg are $2.79 each which does'nt come close to $9.47. I will be giving Palatine McDonald's my buisness from now on.
Not only this place sucks but it cost me more than a Chipotle meal. 15$ for soggy and black fries and cold. missing McChicken. and the wrong Burger of course I find out when I get home
Horrible service, 20 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers and they weren’t even busy. Then they messed my order up, employees seem kinda clueless. This new generation is horrible.
Just stopped in to get a sundae. Person taking order and money was in another world. Sundae was the worst I've ever had. It melted and dripped all over my car before I even tasted it because the lid came off immediately when I grabbed it. No smiles anywhere. I felt like I was bothering them by buying something. They should be paying me to remove their trash instead of overcharging me to consume it. McDs in general is going down hill fast, in my opinion. Definitely will not return to this one.
I would suggest if ordering through the drive-thru that you thoroughly check your order for accuracy. On one occasion they did not even give me the chicken nuggets and apple slices for my child’s happy meal - I only received fries and a toy. Today they left out two hash browns and pancake syrup.
The last 6 months we have noticed a significant improvement in the quality and customer service. Congrats as you have finally found the right manager and they are all doing a great job! ?
They got ppl sitting in the drivethru way too long. All together was sitting there almost 30 messed up my order. This isn't the first time either, this happens way too often here.
