We stopped going to McDonald’s. we kept on finding Hair in our food, low quality of food and horrible service. We thought we give McDonald’s another chance. Kids were craving McDonald’s Got the Happy Meal. We weren’t disappointed!
I would never eat there again the managers are VERY rude .French Fries are most of the time cold ,soggy and They are always lying about the ice cream machine being broken in the evening.Everyone always have a NASTY attitude. I went inside once and my order had been called some very tall lady in black tossed my bag to me
I travel throughout the northwest suburbs for work almost every day. McDonald's is always available and an easy place to get a coffee, Coke, or snack. This location consistently has the slowest, least friendly staff. I've sworn off returning, even if it means going out of my way to get what I'm looking for
Yikes! The restaurant was filthy and the food was hard and ice cold!! We returned it for a refund! The manager was kind and apologetic but will not rerurn!
Warning!!! Don't buy food in this location they sell me two strawberry cream pies both of them have remove tag with expiration date also my Big Mac sandwich what's cold and not fresh
I don't normally write bad reviews. I ordered through the app. I waited 10 minutes before calling into the store and being told that they were not staffed to take online orders(order had already been placed, payment accepted, and I was checked in at the store. If I didn't call in, I would have been sitting there all day. I used the app because McDonalds sends me notifications everyday telling me how fast and easy it is. I could have just gone through the drive through. I won't be using the app anymore. Maybe corporate McDonalds should have their franchises on board before rolling out online ordering.

I know it's McDonald's, but this location has not always been the most reliable. It seems mistakes happen at a higher rate at this location, missed condiment, order incorrect. Nothing devastating and it happens from time to time everywhere, it just seems like this is more frequent.

This has to be the worst Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been too. Every time I place a drive through order it’s 10-15 minutes wait as they are insanely slow and getting food made and ready. Instead of having the customer ahead of you pull off the side while their foods made they will let them wait in line tying up the drive-through for An insane amount of time. How can you call this fast food when it takes 30 minutes to get through the damn drive-through
