Mclovin it except workers don't seem to get my order right and takes a long time to get my food 20mins wait for a 3 dollar menu
Forgot to give Happy Meal toy and coke. Son was very upset. By the time I noticed I was too far to go back for it.

Worst McDonalds ever. The staff is rude! They argue with the customers. Management hung up the phone when I called and told my order was wrong!
The front-of-the-house manager was very efficient, polite and kind. She was very friendly and was smiling. She also treated me like a v highly valued customer.I waited for my order at a table and a kind crew member delivered my order to my table very quickly and with a smile.The service was speedy, the price was right and the food tasted great.
Definitely one of the nicest run and staffed McDonald's location around! The drive thru staff are exceptionally friendly and really work to be sure your order is exactly how you like it. ??
We had a big group, but they worked quickly and were helpful throughout our time there.
I have hypoglycemia and sometimes I need something quickly, or I will get really sick and pass out. I ordered from them and at least they made my sandwich right, THANK YOU. The one on Dundee by Arlington Hts Rd by oberweis, I will never go there again. I gave them 3 chances and every single time they put pickles and ketchup on my sandwich when I told them I am allergic. Careless and irresponsible. Good thing I have a habit of checking before I bite. I would have been in trouble. If you want your sandwich done right do not go to the one on dundee and arlington hts rd. How hard is an order of a cheesburger with ONLY ONIONS? I can't have anything with vinegar in it, People have so many different allergies today they really should hire people who are responsible enough to care "not to kill the customers".
They almost always get my order perfect and say thank you, no complaints about this location!
