Lola's is a fun place with full-on Tiki decor. Kids will like it and the French fries are delicious. The pizza is pretty good and others in our party liked their chicken dishes. If you look on line you will not find prices listed for their tropical drinks. Because, if you had time to THINK about it, you might not order them. While my glass of wine was $6.00, my son's and his wife's drinks were $16.00 a piece!! And the drinks weren't exactly large. What really bothered me, though, was the automatic 20% tip added to the bill. We were a party of 4 adults and one 7 year old child. When did this become the norm? The service was good, but I don't like being forced to tip a certain amount, even though I am an excellent tipper.
The menu is super thoughtful with historical notes paying homage to the tiki tradition. Note, best experience for rum fans. Not a lot for tequila drinkers. The decor was in good shape. Also the vibe was lively on a Friday night: exactly the way you'd want it for a fun suburban night out.
This is not a generic bar. Great ambiance, Great drinks, and Great Food. There is a real attention to detail by the owner and employees. The pizza was incredible and you have to see the drinks in person. What an experience!
A new favorite place to go for great tiki style drinks and delicious pizza. The staff is very kind and the atmosphere is really amazing. Ordered the veggie pizza and pineapple princess. Great place for everyone
Great place, like everyone said in other reviews, it is a hidden gem. Thought it was just a pizza place and was very surprised but the drinks were amazing. I hope they explore adding more frozen drinks but they do make frozen daiquiris that were delicious.
Pizza crust has no flavor.. taste like cardboard. Sauce too thick and pasty. If you like a fresh tasting thin crust crispy pizza this is not it.
I often drive near this place and could not even think that it is so interesting inside, my recommendation, you can also decorate the outside in the style in which it is decorated inside. So the interior inside is quite interesting. When we were in the restaurant a few dishes were not available. The cocktails were delicious and interesting . Beer only bottles. The institution is interesting but for me it is a one-time experience
New to the area and finally got around to trying this gem. So good!!! Best pizza I’ve had out here; perfectly thin and crunchy with the perfect amount of sauce/cheese ratio. I was pleasantly surprised that it’s also a tiki bar!!! the drinks were amazing!! All in all everything was perfect! This will definitely be one of my go to spots now.
fantastic and reasonably priced stuffed crust pizza... from a tiki bar?!wild place, will certainly check the tiki bar part out at some point. pizza very good, easily on par with the big names in chicago style pizza.recommended!
I found your establishment through a fb group that someone was saying how wonderful your food was. My fiance and I came here tonight and it did NOT disappoint! I am a huge pizza connoisseur and this was hands down one of the BEST pizzas I have had in a LONG time! Our drinks were fabulous as well. Also the atmosphere was really really nice. I'm glad I found you guys. Kimmy was our server tonight and she was great! We will DEF be regulars now!
