Pleasant crew there, took 10 minutes for Tuna salad, they had to make a fresh batch.

This jimmy johns is by far the best I’ve had. The owner is always working, he is friendly and remembers you every time. They’ve never messed up our order and we order like every other Friday for our work treat.The other week they were out of jimmy peppers due to shipping issues and they called us personally after we ordered to let us know they wouldn’t be on our sandwiches.Delivery is always fast, although we live roughly a mile away.Today we came in to order and we noticed there were jimmy peppers. Of course we got extra for no additional cost and he even told the line-man to give us free peppers on the side! That really is above and beyond service for a sandwich shop. It keeps us coming back.
I'm a very big fan of JJ's, so I was excited to come in and eat for the first time at this one since I came to the neighborhood. My mouth was met with rock-hard burnt bread and a dry sandwich altogether despite asking for extra oil and vinegar. Probably won't come here again sadly.

As a former Jimmy John's worker 1st assistant. 1 the person who answers the phone should never give out an approximate time 20 minutes was what I was told and if you are short staffed or it's around a busy time the person should give you the heads up that drive times might be a bit longer than expected I waited over an hour now to get my unwitch I'm just happy it wasn't on bread sad to say I will not be ordering from you guys again. And to top it off no napkins and shredded lettuce in the unwitch

I come to this location Thursday-Saturday and they always have my order memorized and ready for me as soon as I pull up. Very friendly staff. Always a pleasant atmosphere. Would recommend to others?
