First of all, I really like their food. But when I found a nasty way they do for me, I don't think I will be back for there. When we all done with our food, they give our last order of fried squid. But we think about they forget our order when we try to ask for check. They check the bill long time and come back give us squid. We told them we done you must be forget about it. They angry with us when we pay they charge us 18% service fee directly. But I think some of restaurant they do like that and we don't say anything and left.I suggest my friend go there again today, they told me they don't have the 18% service fee. How come they do like that, rude altitude and rude service still want the tip. They won't treat anyone equally. It doesn't matter how good the food it is, we won't be back for this nasty restaurant.
When you go to an older Korean restaurant/pub in Chicago (Idk why just in Chicago lol) you have to expect the service will be bad. The old ladies always have a bad attitude. The old lady here is not as bad as the old ladies at other Korean restaurants, though. She still makes you feel unwelcome and as an annoyance…but… I’ve experienced worse. If you can get past that, the food here is great. The soju is so cold that it’s a slushy. Love that. Otherwise I would never come back. Try New Village Pub if you want better service and good food/drinks in a Korean pub environment. I wouldn’t recommend Hansin to non-Koreans. Go to New Village Pub if you’re a non-Korean.
Low key, authentic. Rice cakes with cheese and army stew was spicy and comforting.
last night was the first time we visited this magnificent restaurant. But It is no doubt not the last. We enjoyed the evening very much with the courteous service, with the finest food and wine and with the decent payment. We will surely return there soon.
The food is fantastic. When you eat side dish, you want to drinkSoju.
We had the sliced brisket and cooked it at our table. It was great and a lot of food and reasonably priced. They served alcohol. The service was friendly and the place was clean. There was K-pop music videos playing on the TVs.

This restaurant's food is ok,the army hot pot only fast noodles some sausages, couple pieces of hams.It cost over 30 dollars!!The oysters were fresh, beef and pork were tooooo sweet. The most worst is the server said we ordered too much then grabbed the menu from my hand.
Nice little Korean bar with tasty food
Very good food had the cheesy corn for appetizers. Followed by kimchi fried rice, Korean army stew, and spicy chicken.
