Prices on menu did not match what was charged. Was charged about a dollar extra total burger fries and drink. Said they hadn’t updated the menu as they had to raise prices recently. I get it and will try again later, but if the advertised prices are still wrong next time…I’ll update review based on future visits.

Great hot dog joint that has a drive-thru! Owned by the same people who own Mug's you can also get their delicious pizza here, too! Burgers, wings, chicken, shakes...lots of good choices! And a drive-thru!!!
Of the 2 things I ordered, one was a success and the other an epic fail! I ordered a Hot Dog with fries, and an Italian Beef with sweet peppers, requesting the bread of the Beef be 'dipped' to make it wet. The Hot Dog was exactly as expected and very good ...A SUCCESS! However, the fries were not salted and tasteless ...FAIL! The beef was also tasteless, with undercooked hard sweet peppers, served on DRY PITA BREAD! ...EPIC FAIL!!
This place sucks ordered a steak sandwich and wings, fries and hot dog for the family. Wing where not cooked through fries where old and cooked again and steak sandwich was tough and stringy. Won't go back again. My total was $60. Workers to busy talking to care about the customers.

The customer service was good, the blonde girl at the register was very kind and my food was great, I didn't have to wait very long either.

Gave this place a couple chances since i live literally less then a block from it. Unfortunately it was absolutely disgusting each and every visit. I ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich. It was AWFUL. The most expensive item on your menu is literally not edible. Thats a joke. Literally the weirdest Philly cheesesteak ive ever ordered. With big hunks of fatty chewy steak absolutely nasty. Ordered a double cheeseburger and ive gotton better quality meat at a high school lunch cafeteria. Staff is hit or miss but generally BAD. The hot dogs on my first visit were literally the smallest hot dogs ive ever seen in my entire 35 years in chicago. This place is so AWFUL.
Go to Dengeos...they'll get your order right or make it right. Typically that's where I would go but occasionally go here since it's closer and I want to support businesses near me.All I asked for was the gyro sauce on the side. When I got my order from the window I saw there was no side and the girl said, "all I heard was everything on it". I asked if she could give me a side of sauce rather than make a new one since the drive thru line was long and her response was, "I can't give you a side since it's already on it".I decided to just take the order and never return. Terrible customer service will lose business every time.
