Not all Dunkin's are the same. And this one is one of that best. Great service always a good selection of donuts and the bright friendly service is always a pleasure

This people here are disrespectful, don't care about customer. "We can't do that" is part of their every day customer care... Bad bad. Asked for my hot drink to have milk in it to lower temperature and sweet taste and immediately their favorites words come out, "We can't do that" asked again for a different hot drink with same milk request, not possible, definitely bad. Told me only coffee is possible. Well I when to a better location at Rolling Meadows and guess what they asked me how I wanted my Dunkin'Chino ??and I was happy all again. Customer service is important! This people at Arlington location need to get reduced check for not knowing what is to take care all customers!
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with no cheese and hash browns extra crispy. Bagel had cheese on it and the hash browns weren't crispy at all. Even went inside to try to not hold up drive through. Would not go again
They took my order and then said the kitchen was closed. I felt like they just didn't feel like working. Wasted my time.
kitchen was closed during lunch and extremely expensive coffee compared to others and wasn’t polite basically threw the coffee at us
Never has the Nitro cold brew when the app says they do. Manager didn’t seem to concerned about it. More like I was annoying her. Maybe she hadn’t had her coffee yet. Dunkin’ is normally good, but this store severely lacks good customer service.
Food is either cold or the drink isn’t what I ordered every time I come to this location. Prices went up while the food quality and service went down. Might as well just go to Starbucks since the prices are basically the same now and the quality will be better.
