The people at this DD is not nice at all. We had to say hello twice because the guy couldn't answer at first. Then one of our donuts looked "bited", I let them know and the other guy wasn't nice either. I definitely won't come back to this one.
The associate was less than courteous and he forgot the sugar .
They are fast, great team, and super kind. Make my morning and coffee always perfect
Coffee machine was not working. Seems like critical equipment to me for Duncan. Maybe have a backup always available.
Terrible service, they sure make you wait at this location. Placed an on-the-go order five minutes prior arrival but had to wait at least another five minutes to get my order. Staff is not polite and customers who placed their orders in person after mine get served immediately. I’ll be avoiding this location.
Drove by at 9:03pm hoping to get donuts as it’s listed to close at 9:30 on the location, and saw that the lights were off and employee was getting into his white Acura MDX SUV smoking as he is leaving. He drove off in his car at 9:05. Closed approximately 30 minutes earlier than should have been. This worker should be fired and not paid for the free hour he took off.
Stopped by at 7 P.M. on my way home and they were out of donuts when they close at 9:30 P.M. Employees were extremely rude when I asked to see if they had any other donuts then the ones on display. Horrible, would not recommend.
Waited 20 minutes in a long line for just a coffee and my order was wrong then when asked what’s going on was ignored by the blonde woman working at this location will not be returning
Was trying to buy 3 different donuts and coffee via drive through. Was told that they don’t have one of the types of donut. I said its fine, took was was given and parked. On the receipt i found that i was charged for 3 donuts and was given 10% senior discount. Something tricky i thought and decided to go back and talk to manager. Guess what? Same guy said he is the manager and was very rude. I asked for a refund and got it. He also took that receipt where i had a senior discount. So, just don’t deal with people who do not respect other people and their job. I am not going back there.
Service is always quick. Coffee is hot. Everything you’d expect from dunkin. Only room for improvement is tidiness. In multiple visits there’s always been scraps around the customer area, more an issue with messy customers than the shop.
