Terrible experience every time I go. This location doesn’t know how to make coffee. Every single time I go, my order is wrong. I’ll order an iced coffee with cream, but I get an iced coffee with sugar and cream. I’ll order a Carmel latte, I get a black iced coffee. I’ll order on uber eats and things are missing from the order even though they said that it was all set. I tell myself I’m never coming back and after today’s experience, I really am never coming back.
The items my daughter and I went there for they didn't have. The guy was also rushing us to make a decision. There also wasn't very many donut options.
Got kicked out by an employee because she sateted that they were closed even though it was supposed to be opened
Guy didn’t even wait for me to finish telling him my order, he turned around started preparing my coffee how ever he wanted it. Before I left I tasted it and asked if it had the flavor swirl I asked, he dismissed me. Donuts had a bad taste too. Worst Dunkin’ Ever
This Dunkin donuts has the worst customer service of any I have ever been too. The man that works there is rude and acts like you are bothering him by placing an order. He usually is sitting and socializing with someone vs working. Many times there are not many donuts left fairly early on in the day. Also the bathroom has been out of order for the past year.

The man thats works often is a bit rude. There were two lady employees there a few times i stopped in who were polite and took the extra step to give good customer service

I had a desperate situation and needed to feed 80 ppl on the fly on mother's day, no less. This team rolled up their sleeves and got it done quickly while serving a house full of customers. Incredible service!
Perhaps the cold day outside and their warmth inside had something to do with it , although we had definitely enjoyed the quick and warm coffee break on our walk through the streets and trails nearby. I would definitely recommend their twisted bagel with coffee. They had also warmed it for us :) very nice
