Samantha at front desk was very professional and helpful when my little ones were trying to decide on a prize. Chuck " E " cheese made their day by coming out and dancing with them!!! Thanks for being amazing Samantha! Thank you a million times over.

Terrible experience here there was a birthday so we waited for Chucky to sing his songs with the party and went up to take pictures and he ran in a room so we couldn’t take the picture and my nephew started crying.I asked the worker if we could take a picture and they said no he’ll be back in an hour we have been here for 3 and are about to leave he was very rude and it was just very upsetting we waited for chucky for the come out for 3 hours we will not be returning!

Was here for my nephew's birthday party. The party helper was GREAT and extremely accommodating. We were running late and they let us stay at the tables after our time was supposed to be up. It was very clean and spaced out well. Only reason for 4 stars is that not every game was working however most of them were.
Chuck E Cheese in Arlington Heights couldn’t be any cleaner and the staff couldn’t be any friendlier! The time we spent there was amazing and I will only be coming to this location from now on!
Good place for the kids to go friendly environment a little pricey but fun regulars less staff is also respectful.
Way overpriced for Chuck E.Cheese, the young lady at the register couldn't count my change to give back to me took about 5 minutes. Someone threw our pizza away when we were finished. However they gave us another one to go. Too many adults playing more than children. Nobody at the door as we were leaving which was dangerous knowing anyone can just walk out with children. Maybe will return.
This place was clean. Lost of fun but looks like they are low on staff. Waiting at the entrance and at the ticket/food counter. Pizza is always good! Few games not working as well.
Had my son's 6th birthday party at Chuck E Cheese this past weekend. The facility was really clean and all the staff were very helpful. The kids had a blast playing all the games (which were all working this time). The only hiccup was that they cooked the food a bit early and it threw the timing off a bit - minor hiccup overall.
