Dirty, food everywhere, messed up my order by adding items I never asked for. Everyone is running around like headless chickens, 2 people watching 1 person work. No communication with kitchen and front line.

I ordered a bowl at this location and when I came back to work from my lunch saw that the bowl was filled only half way and my guacamole had an avocado skin in it. When I returned to the store with the complaint I received terrible customer service, had to argue with them to receive a new one

I used the app to order ahead so I couldn't do anything about my order because I had to grab and go for my lunch, but I was very disappointed. First off barely, BARELY any chicken. Like if it comes out of their paycheck or something, stingy. Second, this was actually the worst bowl I've ever had at Chipotle taste and appearance wise. The food was SOOOO bland, the veggies not even chopped right. It was big chunks of everything to be honest. The cherry on top was that it gave me food poisoning so I went into work like that. Thanks Arlington Hts Chipotle.

This is my online order almost $10 burrito bowl. Terrible organization and handling online orders, waited for over 30 min to get more then half empty bowl and chips probably made few days ago.

Only one person is working in front of customers. the cashier girl didn't even think to help him. I ordered online in advance with pick up at 4 pm. But when I came I got my bowl at 4:20.

Had an order requested at 5:50 only to have one poor kid to do all the mobile orders and have it done at 6:15 to leave. With the complete lack of management of all those poor high schoolers. We finally got home and had to hand my girlfriend this bowl. Would anyone pay $8 for that and after waiting so long? This place is abysmal and lacks any direction that high schoolers shouldn’t have to deal with. Go to any other location never waste your time going there.

I would just like to thank the 3 young ladies who were trying their best to get orders filled to those of us who were standing in line while they were filling the puck up orders while they were RUNNING OUT OF FOOD. This happened between 4:30 and 5:15 today. They never lost their cool as they tried to divide the 3 remaining black beans into the 8 bowls for pick up. When I asked if I could be next before the pick up bowls because they were running out of food they kindly filled my order next so I could leave. I had noticed while waiting that one young man took the lid off the Coke machine to get some Ice. The ice machine wasn’t dispensing ice, but I wasn’t tall enough to take the lid off so I took my drink without ice. Oh- and the young man who was evidently supposed to cook the food came in somewhere around 5. Other than announcing that it would take 15 minutes before he could provide any more chicken, he didn’t seem to be adding much value to the 3 young ladies at the food line. Once again thank you for the kindness and patience of the 3 young ladies who were doing their best to keep things moving.

Unhygienic and had very less quantity. Was a waste of time food ALL OVER THE PLACE. All of them had bad attitudes. Overall a really horrible experience since chipotle is my favorite place. Please see the photos linked. I hope Chipotle fixes this ASAP. I am so disappointed.

Terrible customer service.The place is really dirty, I always end up coming here because it’s closer to my house. This will be the last of it. The girl taking my order was having a full on conversation with someone else, did not even acknowledge me, as I was speaking, she kept interrupting me with her conversation with someone else about her car and about how she needs a full tank of gas, and on and on. The guy in the kitchen, was sitting at the dining area, when the girl told him there was no rice, he went back in the kitchen, gave her some, & went back to the dining area on shift.I asked for double steak, she gave me one little spoon full. The food was cold and not fresh. Everything was being served without gloves.I have no words..These kids should be fired and the sanitation of this place should be checked, people could get sick..

First of all, this place was extremely dirty. There was lettuce and food all over the counters and floor. It seems like nobody cares to clean. The person serving us didn't greet us and seemed like she didn't want to be there. She gave us like 8 pieces of chicken - can literally count them. Then we asked for corn and she said they were out. We asked if she could check if there is more and she apparently goes back to check. She doesn't come back for about 10 minutes. Actually she never came back.. I think it was the end of her shift and she just left.. mid-order. I mean isn't it reasonable to at least finish the order you started? After some time the one guy in the back cooking the chicken comes out to finish our order and rudely tells us there is no corn. After finishing our order, we waited to pay and leave. There were about six employees walking around in the back and NOONE came to finish our order. We were the only ones in the store for about 15 minutes and a line starts to form. After some time there were about six or seven people and the orders were piling up. Finally someone shows up to the cashier but she just places her half eaten lunch on the counter checks out and leaves. All of the employees just seemed clueless.I thought maybe this was a one-off but we ordered a few days later and found a piece of hair in our food. We will not be returning to this location.Small portions, unprofessional staff, very very dirty.
