Service was very slow and management was very rude, my friend turned 21 acouple months ago and got denied service, I guess you have to be older than 21 to drink at this place ? Once we had a little dispute with the manager , me and my friend who were 21 left because it was BS . Then once we left the server never came to serve the other people at the table who were well over the age of 21.
Had a wonderful girls night out! Food and entertainment was amazing and our server Michelle was awesome. Ariel the bartender hostess was equally amazing!
The bartender was very nice but service at the table was very slow including clearing away empty glasses and plates. We had to get up to find our server to ask her again for our check. This could have been a staffing issue. I am not sure how this location has been a successful piano bar, because the low ceilings trap the sound and the columns make it difficult for many tables to see the stage.
Great music, and that is all. Stop stealing drinks from the tables and learn how to make good gin and tonic.
All was great, other than packed beyond belief and had to wait for ever at the bar for 1 of the 3 bartenders to even acknowledge us. Tables were dirty beyond belief fas as bottles of beer and glasses all over them when they did empty out we decided to just stand there instead of sit then left.
So much fun and the food is great! Highly recommend it
Awesome live piano bar
I had planned to go to a special event and paid up front. We had to cancel. I called a week before the event to let them know we couldn't attend. I've been told they get my messages and I am to get a gift card. I've been calling, leaving messages, sent an email and a Facebook for a whole month now and no one gets back to me. I used to love this place, but this is just ridiculous.
The piano entertainment was amazing and we were having a great time. However, when we went up to the piano to request songs and dance. Our waitress took our jackets up to the hostess stand and threw away our personal items including my face mask. When we came back to the table we were shocked to find all of our stuff was gone. The waitress offer no explanation and basically just said “Sorry I threw away all your stuff”. I was really enjoying myself, but that waitress absolutely ruined my night.
Great beet, great cider, great rotating food vendors, and an outside tent to chill and take in the park
