This is just the best sushi in the area, full stop. We eat here VERY frequently and are STILL finding new things on the menu (always delicious). Besides the high quality fish, the staff is absolutely WONDERFUL. They are ON it! Friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful with any questions you may have (or suggestions for what to try)!
By far my favorite sushi place!! Great lunch specials and have always had consistent tasting food and experiences. I’ve never had an issue in my 30 or so visits. Wish they had more locations down Randall.
Place used to be great. One of my favorites. I can’t say that I will be going back though. I understand staffing is an issue. The staff was super nice as always and working their tails off, but glassware, plates and utensils were all filthy. I ordered a dirty martini, tasted like they put a whole shot of vermouth in it. Fiancé order some kind of fruity drink, it was room temperate with mostly OJ and pineapple juice. Our pot stickers came out and didn’t look appetizing at all. We politely told our server that we had something come up and paid the bill for what he had consumed, tipped her and left. Went to another local sushi place and it was fantastic. It’s gonna be a while before we try woow again.
I don't even know here to begin. Anytime I have dined in the food has been soo good. The sushi is definitely a favorite and my go to but if you do other side dishes, the portions are very generous. Foods a little pricey but worth it. However when I have ordered food for delivery, I have usually been disappointed. It just doesn't taste right but this still is my favorite sushi place to go to!!
Used to be awesome all you can eat place. Sushi is always great but the all you can eat is gone. Instead of letting anyone know, they have the all you can eat option still on the website AND on the current menu sitting on the table with qr code that still goes to the website which says all you can eat. So they let you drive all the way over and sit down to find that out. Staff has always been very nice and still is but the website is very misleading.
We ordered steak, lobster, shrimp and some sushi for appetizer. Sushi was great but rest not so much, our steak which we ordered medium well was very well done, it was dry and crunchy as well as the shrimp and lobster. Noodles had a taste of burnt oil. Service wasn't very good, instead of asking us if we wanted any desert or refill of our drinks she simply asked if we were done!!! It sounded like we had to leave ? This place looks nice but it needs some more happy faces in there and better service.
I struggle to review places when I have such mixed experiences.Sometimes when I go or order carry out, the food is incredible and I love it. Other times, I can place a delivery order with literally TWO items and they forget one of them. When they're good, they're really good. But lately it seems like a lot of misses, unfortunately.
Brought my sons food said waiting on mine. Comes back 30 mins laters ask if I want check? Where’s my food? I’ll go check! Doesn’t come back for 20 mins so I have to ask another server he goes and checks then comes back and says we’ll make it now. No free food just wait longer. So I cancel the order pay for my sons food and leave. No apology or anything. Will never be back to this restaurant and was a family favorite. Unbelievable how they handled the situation. Already raised prices try to not forget the food when someone orders it then play stupid.
We have been ordering from Woow for years now and their quality of sushi has remained at a high level the entire time. They were one of our go to delivery options when indoor dining was closed down and we consistently enjoyed them. The sashimi and rolls are generous sizes and portions.
This place used to be fabulous. Ate in the restaurant about a month ago....mediocre at best. Tonight, I ordered a party tray of rolls....absolutely awful. The ginger and avocado were so old they were severely discolored. The fish was not fresh. It was the sorriest looking tray. Probably should have tossed it....hoping we don't regret eating it.
