Terrible customer service.\ \ I went to buy a coffee but my 10 days newborn baby started crying so I went to a quiet corner and started preparing a formula bottle for her. Suddenly BEN, a Starbucks employee, was very rude and started yelling that we could not stand there. Seriously… what could I do? My baby was crying and I honestly wanted to have a coffee after. I am never going back to that Starbucks. Additionally, there were NO manager business cards so I could escalate my concern either.

Good coffee just a very long drive thru line. Nice lady told us we could go in and order and poof we had coffe and gone.
Great location, drive thru line usually goes fast, drinks are made the way you order them:)
Tropical Starbucks
Always loved this Starbucks - great little outdoor patio area for the pleasant summer/spring days. I also liked the convenience of this one for their drive thru on my way to I-90 from Randall Road. If I had a flight from Ohare, I'd zip here at the Drive thru and usually don't have to wait more than 5 mins even with cars in front of me. It does get busy in those morning - 6:30 AM to 9AM time slots. But they do their best to get cars through.
FrIendliest staff of the four closest to me! Every barista is working their tail off and goes above and beyond to accommodate! I appreciate them!
