Using the app makes it a ton easier. Let me explain. Order the drink when you leave your house. Drive to the shop. BOOM ITS READY! I'm giving them an A+++++.
I asked for a strawberry refresher without the scoop of strawberries, made with water. I got a refresher WITH strawberries made with lemonade. I was the only one in the drive thru.
It is a hit or miss at this location, and lately there have been a lot of misses. Between the poor drinks they make, the attitude, I’m convinced I won’t be coming back to this location. For the amount of money you have to spend I’d take the attitude but with a decent coffee not a crummy attitude and crummy coffee. If there are improvements I won’t be back to see it.
I am not happy. I had a birthday drink added to my gold card. I arrived at 9:00pm at the drive thru and was disappointed the Starbucks Drive Thru was already closed. I assumed atleast the drive thru would be open. The Birthday gift drink cannot be used the next day or any other day. I work overnight at a local hospital at 10pm and was so disappointed. ☹️
Barista making my drink has a total attitude. I didnt just pay for 3 drinks and a attitude.
Was able to order online even though the drink was out of the main colorful ingredient. Said 'it tastes the same'. Sad! Wouldn't have ordered it knowing in advance.
Fast service. Went to the one on Randall Road.
They are amazing. No matter how busy they are (which they are ALL the time) the staff is so friendly, and they’ve never messed up an order with me before. Not to mention, their coffee is amazing!
I genuinely love this Starbucks. The baristas are quick and nice and know what they are doing. I’ve messed up my own order a couple of times and they have been very helpful. Also today I was a bit confusing and the barista was really helpful about it. It seems like a tough job
