My order is wrong more often than it's right and I don't understand how. There's always at least 6 employees in here, usually 4 standing around doing nothing while 1 makes drinks and 1 runs drive thru. Lobby is sometimes open, sometimes closed, no rhyme or reason. On my latest visit the lobby was closed on a Saturday afternoon, only running the single file drive thru, and I still got the wrong drink (ordered matcha latte, got some coffee drink with pumps of vanilla). Knocked on the door to ask for my correct order and 5 people in there had green aprons on.
This Starbucks always has whatever tea I ask for and are slinging hot drinks correctly every time! I love this location
I got wrong order and it’s third time for a week … just ordered hot mocha but they gave me pumpkin spice . Last 2 times they Messed up my two refreshers
Unfortunately every time I order from the Starbucks they always get my order wrong I’m a very basic person I get a almond milk is it sugar-free vanilla latte. And every time it doesn’t taste like vanilla, or you can’t taste the espresso. No foam nothing. I stopped going here but then on the drive home I’m thinking oh yeah Starbucks. I will never come to the Starbucks again
Starbucks in Algonquin on Algonquin Rd, took long time to ring up, then made 1 of my drinks with ice when ordered no ice to begin with, saw thru window woman making drinks rolled her eyes when it's their error, then 2 other drinks being Frap's had so much ice in them that's all we tasted & couldn't even drink them so had to dump in drain which looked like packed snow! So upset paid $21 for 3 drinks & so disappointed I called & spoke to Ashley who said she would remake them for me but I was already home when we first tasted them, so I asked her to put a credit for the 2 very over iced drinks & she said she would. I realize they use ice but never have I had so much ice that it happens to take over the flavor & becomes a snowcone. Carpentersville location on route 25 makes better drinks. At least she said she would credit me. Next time I'll have to insist on little ice!
