Very disappointing. Waited in line quite awhile. Got the chicken strip dinner, which I’ve been getting for years. No Texas toast, only one onion ring (undercooked), chicken strips were gristly, and tatter tots were undercooked. Instead of raising their prices, they cut out food that has always been included, and didn’t state the change on the menu.
My kind of fast food. Thumbs up on Sonic drive-in. No complaints on any of the items i ordered. You get what you pay for. My favorite items to order are: the foot-long dog chili dog, grilled cheese sandwich and tots. Good flavors of Shakes too. My order was completed in a timely manner, and have a wide selection to choice on their menu. The food was excellent. It's freshly made, the food was on good quality Staff were very polite and they make sure I got my order correct. It was top notch customer service too. I Appreciate the service guys thanks a lot!
I never ever come here, but I thought I would give it a try before starting errands. Just went through the drive thru and had a terrible experience. All I ordered was a limeade. Employee came out with the drink and I handed her my card to pay. I grabbed the cup, and to my surprise, the lid wasn't on and it spilled EVERYWHERE. Employee came out and I asked for napkins because my drink spilled everywhere. She goes in and gets napkins and says, sorry about that and walks away... Now I'm left trying to clean the sugar that spilled all over my car. Employees here clearly don't care nor do they know customer service. After spending $5, I now have 1/4th of my large limeade left and a sticky outfit/car. I just started to do errands but now have to go home to change. Terrible experience.
We stopped here and ordered their burger combos. The burgers and toppings were good. Had to wait awhile for the food but we were okay.
Lately I have not had this issue, but word of advice, always check your bags. In the past, something was always missing from my orders. Their policy is not like most. You call them, and they won't send a coupon or something in the mail, that just advises you to give your name the next time you are there and you will get the item for free. I don't go there on a regular basis, so I just check to make sure the order is correct before leaving the parking lot.
The burger itself is good but the toppings were mediocre at best. What lettuce there was it wasn't very fresh and onions and tomatoes were not even noticable!
The review below me is incorrect. This is a terribly run place. I got charged for a combo when I said I just the sandwich and the girl who took my order just kept saying what else what else when I told him I just wanted the sandwich at the window they said oh do you just want the food because we already charged you for it instead of offering a refund like what is going through your brain I guess not too much. And I got a foot-long Coney instead of a regular size I didn’t ask for that yet either wish I could get a full refund
BURGER WAS NOT MADE WITH LOVE! I was looking forward on eating a burger tonight, but it tasted nasty. The bread was so stale, there was more mayo & ketchup than anything, and the meat tasted old, probably worst than jail food(talking from experience). Don’t go there.
We made a drive through order at a totally dead time of day. They got almost my whole order wrong. I asked for just a sandwich- I paid for a combo. I asked for a coney dog- they gave me a foot long. When we told them they messed up the order she said "oh, well you already paid for it so I can't do anything..." Are you kidding me? Maybe you should hire adults instead of sixteen year olds who are too concerned with TikTok and Snapchat on their phones to do their job.
Never had sonic before drove here specifically to try it and it didn't disappoint service was fast and food was great but they forgot my cheese sauce but i wasn't to upset over it so overall it was a good trip
