This is the worst Rosati I've ever been to..I ordered a med pizza got home with it..it was so hard &taste old..I asked to speak to the owner.sunny finally called back he's very rude&un professional he said I should have picked it up earlier..he wanted to give $10 off next visit &I wanted a replacement pizza I refused the $10..he said well don't come back to Rosati...I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN THIS PLACE??So much for trying to make the customer happy again I paid for this ?if I could I would give no star
I sent to thigh school with Gary Rosati they had great pizza then but as soon as it became a chainsaw it went down hill very sad
Second time ordering Lasagna from this location and second time disappointed. Never had this problem before in Arizona location. Lasagna was so salty we could barely eat it and canoli was frozen and hard First time I thought maybe a different cook. This time the same thing. Cheese was so salty. Won't be ordering from here again.
I love this location, my office is around the corner so get slices weekly. I've been going to Rosatis since I was a kid in Schaumburg, great food. Canadian bacon is hit or miss, they have thin slices like it's supposed to be, my favorite
Got an X-Large pizza with different toppings on each half. It was cooked perfectly. The gentleman at counter was very quick and courteous.
Ordered a BBQ pizza, got home and pizza looked all gross and mushy. Literally looked like it had been tossed into the box. I called the restaurant, left a message and didn’t receive a call back. Ended up calling two days later and finally got ahold of sunny. The owner. I explained what had happened and he reacted very poorly. He told me I could not get a refund that it was his “store policy” and told me to take my service elsewhere. Will do sunny! Everyone go try the rosatis down the road in Gilbert’s. They do a much better job and are nicer people. Avoid rosatis Algonquin. You won’t regret it.
Second time in a month they screwed up a simple Hawaiian pizza by skipping the American bacon. Last time I order from here.
We ordered from this location for our Christmas Eve dinner and it was a massive hit. The food was piping hot when we picked it up and was ready on time, even on Christmas Eve. The fried chicken was especially delicious!
Their thin crust is not thin at all. Not to be a whiner but I didn’t expect a loaf of bread with every bite on a thin crust. Sauce is ok. Toppings minimal. I’d go to papa John’s or even dominio’s. Wish there was a better option! 44 bucks for two medium pizzas….crazy
Fantastic pizza and even better people! They delivered pizza for my kids in my class and were right on time and it was delicious! I couldn't have asked for anything better! Definitely recommend this business for your next pizza night or pizza party!
