Stood there waiting to be acknowledged in any way for 10 minutes, as several employees walked by and avoided eye contact. And even then, we weren’t given an estimated wait time, in fact the kid was defensive about the whole thing. Left to eat at buffalo wild wings next door. My friend said that’s exactly what they ended up doing last time, too.
?UPDATE! My Partner Charles and I feasted here last night again! (4/13/22') We both had the "PIG OUT TAVERN DOUBLE" Awesome Burger! But even more so PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!! My Order was Wrong and Immediately the Staff & Manager On Duty Fixed it Right Up with No Questions Asked! I couldn't be Happier! Such a Nice Bunch of People here! I cant wait to come back! Also had 3 Servings of "BOTTOMLESS FRIES" ?? Next time Im getting the BANZAI BURGER!!! KEEP IT UP RED ROBIN!!!!?? ❤️❤️❤️We haven't been to Red Robin since 2015 and Boy oh Boy My Partner Charles and I have been Missing Out!? Huge Menu!? Couldn't decide between "THE SOUTHERN CHARM BURGER" or "BANZAI BURGER" originally chose Banzai then switched last second to "SOUTHERN CHARM BURGER" Minus the Onions!!! AWESOME BURGER & FULL ON FLAVOR! LOVE THE WHISKEY RIVER BBQ SAUCE too!!! Couldn't get enough of it!? I really want to try "THE ROYAL RED ROBIN BURGER" with the EGG!!! that looks SCRUMPTIOUS!!!! Maybe Next Time or the Banzai Burger. Definitely Overwhelming Menu but in a Good Way! Soo many Burger Choices and Chicken too! Charles had "THE MASTER CHEESE" He enjoyed it Very Much! We also Enjoyed THE BOTTOMLESS FRIES!!! Cant forget Bottomless Sodas too! ?? Our Waitress Amy was Very Sweet & Attentive! Great Staff! Awesome Location! The onion ring tower was fantastic. Fresh, crispy and delicious. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. It was very good. The fries were just okay. This is still a great place to get a good burger.
the staff was arguing quite loudly in the kitchen just a few feet away from our table. disappointed to see the workers treated like that from their peers, and it also made for an uncomfortable meal time as a customer. food was lukewarm at best and everything was soggy, didn't taste fresh.
Currently sitting in their dinning room, it is absolutely filthy. It took them 15 minutes to come and ask us for drinks. We got sat at a table that almost fell over when you but anything on the edge of it. Also the waiters need to learn to be a little more friendly and less pushy when taking peoples orders.I love Red Robin but if this is how it’s going to be when me and my friends come next time, count me out. Will gladly go next door to Buffalo Wild Wings.
If you seek consistency in delivering quality food at a fair price, Red Robin is the place to head. Their entree selections are varied, and be able to to get an order of their onion rings - they're the best, with thick onion slices lightly breaded in a crunchy batter. Oh, and be sure to order a chocolate shake!
Took our daughter and 2 grandsons 4 & 7 to Red Robin. Found it kid friendly and delicious burgers. Definitely will go back!
Red Robins all vary, this is a good restaurant. The place is understaffed, but our waitress did the best job she could taking care of us. The food was hot and cooked the way we asked.
We had lunch at Red Robin and the food and service was Great!!! We also placed a to go order online and it was done on time and was Delicious!!!
First off they put us in a booth with my 9 month old and 3 year old. i was holding her my baby when we walked in no car seat and wasnt offered a high chair to begin with. Tried to get his (hostess) attention before he walked off didnt hear me. I asked the waitress she said sure. Never got it went back up to the dude who sat us down hes like i cant put a high chair at the booth cause we don’t want them to smoosh there fingers(cause there booths are raised a little ) hes like i can do a booster im like NO i need a high chair i have a 9 momth old so i need a new table. Manager came 10 minutes later told me the same thing. Ok i need a table then people my 20 lbs 9 month old baby can not safely sit in a booster seat she needs a high chair i needed a table. They did move us but it took 20 minutes just to get them to move us cause from the looks of it they were only trying to sit people on the outside booths. Really unprofessional.
