I asked for the “contactless” delivery so just the pizza left at the front door. The driver kept ringing my door bell. Called me and hated his gratuity. He wanted more of a tip. I did tip when ordering the pizza. Let alone why is someone demanding a tip. Tips are optional. My pizza was also not cooked all the way. Pizza was expensive and the delivery was made difficult. Papa is not what they use to be.
Been ordering from them for years. Always a great experience and did is always good. I always pick up my order so I don't have delivery issues.
Terrible! Placed a delivery order, pizza showed up late and completely trashed. Pizza looked like it was placed on its side. It was smashed.
Disappointed. Ordered a NY pizza extra large I got charged for an extra large and I got a large pizza I took a picture and will lost on Yelp since I didn't have an option to put it on here. I would give it a 0 if I could
Ordered pizza to be delivered by Door Dash last night. Had to pay for each individual topping, and still only got a pinch of each topping for the entire pizza. There was so little of the toppings, that each slice would only have one of the three toppings I chose on it. Even then, the one topping was only on the very tip of the slice (the center of the pizza). The taste was good but I don’t feel I got my money’s worth for the pizza.
Should have read the reviews, made an order through Uber eats to be picked up. Restaurant was closed. I don’t know how it shows up on Uber eats and allows me to place an order. Do not order through Uber eats, do not order from this restaurant. Waste of time, Nobody called me stating the order was not going to go through. Or, the restaurant did not try to contact before they closed stating they won’t be able to make the order. Horrible service from both Uber eats and this Papa John’s

My husband ordered food from here for delivery last night. They don’t get are order right. I called back nobody answered. I called back again I asked to speak to the manager. The manger don’t seem to care he was yelling on the phone plus he hung up on me. The manger was really unprofessional and disrespectful. I heard that the manager don’t treat his employees and customers with respect. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND don’t ordering or apply here. Horrible Management.
Papa John's is our favorite pizza but this store is the worst ever. Delivery is always late, the pizza is luke warm at best and the ingredients usually are wrong. Our last order (and it was the last) on a Tue evening was over an hour late and then delivered to the wrong address. When I called about it the manager hung on on me and then no-one answered the phone.
