Okay hear me out - I love Mexican food. But this just made me overall feel sad and dissapointed both in quality and overall experience. The floors were prettysticky as was our table. It was a later dinner so I understand things can be chaotic but whenever its not seat yourself and you end up at a dirty table ot makes me question what else is nit being maintained. The food was subar and lacked flavor. We rarely saw our waiter, the chips we had were stale and the salsa... Lackluster. HOWEVER the one thing this place does have : AMAZING margaritas. We would come back for drinks alone but I dont think food is in the cards again.
Great service from Mark our waiter. The steak Tacos Al Carbon were excellent. Everyone enjoyed their food. The 1st batch of chips were hard and seemed stale but the 2nd batch were hot and crispy. Great salsa and queso.
The food was really great! I love the flavor of everything I have gotten. My visit today was not satisfying. Our server was very lousy. She never refilled our drinks. The person who brought our food filled our drinks. Our server did not come to our table to check on our food ever. We finished our food and were waiting for our check for at least 20 minutes. I flagged down the server to get the check and then she asked if we wanted more drinks. If she would have checked on us we might have gotten dessert but since she was so lousy we didn't want to spend any more money there.
I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately it was very basic and flavorless. The queso was delicious and so were the margaritas.
A busy place but we were able to get a seat quickly. My wife & I split a order of fajitas & each had a margarita & got out with a bill under $45 with a 20% + tip. Very fast service & great food. Will gladly return.
Several things were good, my tacos, the queso , the coke was very good for fountain type, then some were not , asked for vegetables to well grilled they were barely charred , the chips were bendable.But we will be back , to try a few different things.Service was great....thanks Adam.
The greeters forgot us even though we were right in front of them. Why? They threw away the list of people waiting. After being seated, we had to ask for chips, ask for drinks, you get the drift. All around a terrible experience. I know it’s hard to get staff but no one was watching the show. No managers to be seen. No professionalism. No apologies. Used to be a place where we would go to celebrate major events. No more. Burned through all of the accumulated grace. There are other places to spend your hard earned dollars.
Oh my GOODNESS YOU GUYS: Shawn (Sean?) is the best freaking human ever. He assisted us throughout our entire dinner and offered things to us without us even having to ask. Highly recommend him. We were able to get our salsa to go! The food is so good and always fresh no matter what.
The pick three with the cheese enchilada, ground beef soft taco and beef empanada was delicious. The pick two chicken taco and enchilada was also delicious. The kids chicken strips with fries were plenty for our little one.
Enjoyed Everything we ordered. Borders Smart Chicken Fajitas was well prepared/grilled including the chicken, onion, bell peppers etc. We had Pineapple rum punch and it was great. We always enjoy the Chips and Salsa . But this time it was extra tasty and wish we brought some home. Overall it was nice yet again!!!
