I went to mod and Cece was taking my order and had the worst attitude! She was completely disrespectful. I would come back but after the service I got from Cece i won’t be coming back to Mod pizza ever again.
Took my son in today for lunch. So many pizza ingredient options available to choose from. Sam was very welcoming and made sure we got exactly the size pizza we wanted. I was able to get my anchovies on my pizza from a freshly opened can that Love got for me. Sam and Love worked so hard to make sure all the customers orders were prepared and served up as quickly as possible while dealing with staff call ins on mother's day. I will definitely come back here to experience more top notch customer service for these two incredible employees. Keep up the awesomeness Mod style.
Great choices, original flavors and toppings. The guys there make you feel welcomed. Definitely will comeback to try more dishes!
Just called to place an order by phone and they said they couldn't because they were short staffed, I said no problem and thank you. I was two minutes down the road so I stopped in to order. There were four people standing around complaining about how people don't treat them as adults. I couldn't believe how lazy these people were, they are going to crush this stores sales. They had zero pizzas to make yet they wouldn't take an order over the phone because they were short staffed aka four people standing around complaining. Not good and really sad to see how they treat customers and how they treat the business.
Decent pizza fast, huge choice of toppings.
Chincy on the ingredients. I had to keep asking him to add more. Even the cheap lettuce was only filled half way in the clear bucket they use to measure the lettuce portions. Girl at cashier was great, though.
Ordered delivery with Uber eats. Pizzas came dry. Burnt, no flavor. Ordered cauliflower crusts, received regular super thin burnt dry instead. Came cold. Looks like they made pizzas and left it just sit there for hours before actual PU time. I had them preordered . I’m a big Mod pizza fan but this one is a huge disappointment. Will never ever order from here again.
They put whatever toppings you like and give you other additional sauces on the side. Maybe they could scrape the oven a lil more often, had a few darker burnt spots on the bottom of the crust. Maybecbcuz iit's a fire oven but it was still good.
I think the server/chef was new and she was slow. We spent almost 20 mins for our turn (we were 3rd in line). I am sure they can do well and I will update the rating when I get better rating the next time.Recommended: Yes
Algonquin location is the GOAT! My husband and I were visiting an art show out in LITH, arrived at MOD around 8:30pm, Google said MOD Pizza was open until 11pm on a Saturday, WRONG! We didn't realize until leaving that they closed at 9! But they were awesome and didn't try to rush out our food or us out of the shop. And the pizza was delicious as ever! We'll be back for sure, much further from closing though LOL Thanks MOD Algonquin
