This is the 2nd time my order was wrong. Ordered a grilled chicken club and I get a chicken salad sandwhich instead. And they want tip money when you pay? Ha. Worker didn't even want to scan my phone for points. Had to do it myself. Just not the same place as it once was.
McAlisters Deli is a nice place to go for some good quality food. and the prices are reasonable. The staff is professional and courteous. Good job everyone. .If there is anything thing that needs to brought to there attention is when the employee who is working at the register goes to the back. When the he goes through the doors. The first thing I did noticed was the big garbage over flowing with garbage and going all over the floor. It makes customers wonder how clean the kitchen looks !
The sandwiches ? are good. I use the app to receive Reward points. My points had enough for a FREE drink today. We shared a BLT+A, plus two drinks was a low cost lunch for us.
McAlister’s Deli in Algonquin has the very best service, staff, and food. Ordered online for curbside pickup today and waited less than a minute for staff to bring order to my car. Fresh, perfectly prepared and packaged and outstanding staff. Highly recommend the Orange Cranberry Club Sandwich!
Delicious lunch. Perfect portion sizes. Friendly staff. Could use a bit more attention to cleaning tables as there are no garbage cans for the guests to cleanup after themselves. Would go again.
They posted an ad online that they are paying $20 an hour to start for their new location in Crystal Lake IL. I spoke with a couple of managers over the phone and no one was willing to confirm the wage unless I came to the store. I got a scammy vibe from them. Just be open and tell me what you pay, otherwise, don't advertise it! I really don't think they pay $20 an hour. They said it all depends on experience and availability. I told them I have a lot of both but they were unwilling to tell me the wage. It came across as unprofessional considering I already gave them enough of my info. I'm not going to get tricked by a click- bait ad into driving to your store just to be low-balled.
Ate in about 2 weeks ago and there were rotting cucumbers on both our salads. Indicated this on the survey on the receipt. GM Ryan emailed in response apologizing and said he wanted to send a VIP card to us. Never received it. Called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He said he was aware of the situation and would check on it and get back to me.He never did unfortunately.
Amazing food & great sevice! We get take out once a week and no complaints on anything we have ordered! So yummy! ?
The New Yorker is a great sandwich, but you need to order easy meat or else the bread-to-meat ratio is all wrong. The chicken tortilla soup is good as well, but since COVID, you have to ask for extra chips to get the same amount as before.
Went with a friend to McAlister's for the first time. I'm on a food plan so I have to be careful about what I choose. Fortunately, McAlister's publishes the caloric counts of everything they serve which makes it so easy to stay on plan and enjoy a lunch at a restaurant. I had the club sandwich which was really satisfying and a cucumber and tomato salad. Yum! I will definitely be visiting again.
