I had placed a mobile order for delivery and I waited about 40 minutes before calling to request a cancellation, as I had to leave, I would’ve placed pick up order if I had known it would’ve taken so long. I had called and explained my concerns, I should’ve known to speak to a manager in the beginning, I didn’t. I try to express my concerns to shift manager ‘Xavier, he had cut me off mid sentence to let me know he was already told.. I explained to him how rudely it was to cut a paying customer off being a manager, he should’ve let me voice my concern and then responded, didn’t work like that. I then again began to speak and he cut me off again saying “she already told me this, I don’t know why you are telling me again…” very very unprofessionally rude being as he is a shift manager. Excuse was they were short staffed, I ordered the day prior as well, as he wouldn’t let me explain and it was the same thing just about 25 minutes before leaving the store with my order.. long delivery times. If I didn’t have newborn twins at home I would’ve just swung by and grabbed lunch. Very disappointed as I order from jimmy johns all of the time.. twice at this location and NEVER AGAIN! This manager in this store belittling paying customers and taking his authority as manager to the extreme and believes he can speak to anyone in any manner he chooses, incredibly embarrassing as he is the face to your store during shifts. InappropriateI don't know who trained you XAVIER, but you sound like a 19yo with no direction in life. Hope Jimmy Johns isn't your future but the way you speak to others, seems like this is the fit for you! NEVER AGAIN! Save your time and money in this area, check out Jersey Mikes or any other sandwich restaurant near.
Ordered food at 5:45 for a 6 o’clock pick up. Stood in there for 45 minutes . ?♂️ The worst
Order food today 3/6/22 at 1:10pm and food took an hour to be delivered. Nothing freaky fast about that. Not good enough to wait that long for. Plenty of other places to order from for sure.

The card system went down today. Because of that, when I went to place an order, the system charged me but didn’t put the order through.
I wish reviews page had negative star ratings to choose. Waiting for more than 40 mins for the delivery and when called the store to confirm the response was worse. The service in this specific area is very bad. Either the resources including the manager need to be changed/ need to be trained.
