I walked in 3 minutes before they closed and they turned me away inside the store saying they were closed. A different time my car pulled up 5 minutes before they closed and they turned off all the lights and locked the door. Another incident happened where I was still in the store and the same two people from all the other incidents started blasting trap music while I was still in the store.I will never return to this location again, I’ll make sure to go to Chubby’s next door which has much better customer service. I realize people want to get home as soon as possible but that’s no excuse to close early when there are customers, especially given that it’s supposed to take like 2 minutes to make a sandwich.Never had such a consistently bad food experience from the same place and the same people. This is my first ever online review, posting just to share my total disappointment.
Lettuce was brown, as shown in the photo. Cucumbers were slimy and for two days straight didn’t have kickin ranch. Haven’t had much luck at this location. Disappointed! Waste of money!!
The guy working did a phenomenal job training his new employee. He also provides outstanding customer service any time I'm in the area & stop at this location!! Job well done!

Health code violation - I ordered two sandwiches and a cookie. Both sandwich orders were incorrect. $3.70 for delivery and $4.07 for a tip. For what? It is really pretty comical. $31 total for a complete screw up. Nothing complex. One no tomatoes. One gargantuan without ham, cheese and tomatoes and add hot peppers. One came with tomatoes, ok fine we pick them off. The second was a totally different sandwich . My husband brings back the one sandwich and the person behind the counter literally takes the incorrect sandwich back behind the counter and tried to add hot peppers. On top of the sandwich just being wrong… I guess they have never heard of health code violations? Big oof. 0/10 recommend this location.
Not to impressed with how long it took to get my food. It looked like they might have been short staffed, which is a problem everywhere. Good food though
Dread ordering from this location because my order(s) hardly ever come they way I place them. Not sure if they are short staffed but delivery also takes a very long time.Pictured below is my order from today.Where is the turkey, provolone and avocado spread??? Instead I was given a BLT!? Also, there were no pickles, no olive oil, no oregano. Delivery took about 25mins - I live exactly 2miles/5mins from them.Tried calling the store 4x. The phone rings and rings and rings until an old 90’s fax machine like sound picks up. Definitely the last time I order from this location.
I usually like going to Jimmy John's but my last two experiences at this specific one make me plan on never returning to this one. Last time I went I ordered a sandwich with bacon Xtra and was charged for it, got home alas no bacon even though the kid who took my order kept repeating the order back to me, even said it to another girl that worked there, and still forgot it, and almost forgot the pickle I ordered as well if I didn't remind him. I called and complained about the bacon which got refunded (I think).This visit today, ordered an Italian nightclub w extra bacon with a pickle. The sandwich was meh, kinda mushy, and the bacon seemed squishy vs crunchy like bacon should be. Then I opened the pickle and ate a spear before flipping it over and seeing what looks like someone took a nice bite out of the other side. Most likely not the case, but still just not very "presentable" so I just tossed it. I do not plan on returning to this one, this is 2 bad times in a row now.
Ordered a sandwich, chips,and a cookie. The cost was just over 20 dollars. While the food was good it was not worth 20 dollars. Also the service was slow.
