Got a cold brew here and sucked it down before my trip to Michigan. Nice and smooth, and it wasn't burned (unlike another really large coffee chain). Line was long, but I got through fast.
They messed up my donut orders two days in a row. I wouldn’t have written a bad review about it but the Latina lady’s bad attitude about the situation is enough to want to make me write one. Indian guy is very polite though.
I order a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel with an order of hash browns the girls there are too lazy they saiythe ovens are off. Ask for a hot coffee and they gave it to me cold
The owner needs to be arrested for treating customers with disrespect he is so rude and Disrespectful he can’t even speak English right it’s sad that he is Indu and he comes this country to treat the people of his own kind bad he offends people horribly you ask him for a straw or a napkin and he looks at you like are you gonna pay for this because it’s costing me money someone needs to shut down his business it is unfair the way he treats his employees and he treats the customers.
Other dunkins by default give you sweetened flavors but this one only gives you unsweetened unless you ask for it and consistently burn the bacon, fast service but not consistent
Chris is so nice, definitely recommend this dunkin :) my online order didn’t get sent to this location but he helped me anyways, such great customer service
They got not just one drink wrong, but all three. Horrible service, will never come again, very disappointed

Manager Iris was more rude than anyone inside this place. No apologies or offer to correct the order issue. Burnt product. She has very big attitude.
I go to Dunkin every week. Morning or in the afternoon. In the afternoon the Indian guy he is very polite. But in the morning the Mexican manager(lady) she is very very rude. I don’t think she got a issue with female. This morning I was giving my order from drive through and I asked her is the coffee free and she goes I don’t know. And than she goes if u will have the app than. Than I pulled to pick my stuff she gave me my order and I was chking if whatever I ordered is in the bag and she goes you have to move from here. Is that’s the way to treat a customer. I also do customer service but I never treat my customers like that’s. What the hack is she doing? In educated manager. Throw her out of the window. No respect for her customers. Please take some action on her. It’s not the first time. She is always rude.
