DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Early this year we spent time in Phoenix and visited the Chandler Road location a few times- it was wonderful and we couldn’t wait to get home and add the local store to our regular routine.What a disappointment! The store at 412 S Randall was generally disappointing the first time we went there but, every one has a bad day. The second time it was worse. The food was skimpy and of lower quality, the service was grudging and very bad- it’s clear that the employees at this location hate their jobs and this more a management problem.Even with gas going up, I’ll drive miles farther to avoid this location from now on.Rick
First thing: ordered for pickup at 12:10. Didn’t get my food until 12:45, stood there for 35 min and they kept telling me my order was next. After 25 min watch the entire line move through twice, and still nothing. I then ask what’s going on, and I’m told “hmm someone may have taken your order, I guess we can make you a new one…”. 15 min later, I get my food, come home, and my kid’s quesadilla is missing. All we got was two plain tortillas and cold food. Tried to get a hold of someone, got nothing. Reached out online, nothing.
the worst food ever. My entire order was wrong, and cold. I ordered on line and went in to pick up. Both mine and my husbands food was wrong and not what we ordered. Also food was very cold. I would highly recommend that you go anywhere else but here. This was horrible. Food was not even edible.
Stopped in and was greeted with nothing but smiles! The service was amazing! Each and every one of the employees was working hard and made me feel welcomed! I've been to Chipotle numerous times in the past, but this location in particular will make me drive out the 25 minutes I did just because of the service! Great job everyone you guys rock!
Went to buy a big burrito this past ash Wednesday, and I though it would be really packed so I ordered online. Lucky for me the little boys in the back made my food up real quick and yummy ( thanks :) ). And ugh, the burrito was just oh so yum yum yummy, it filled me up real good. Thank you chipotle I love your tasty food and wicked fast staff. God Bless.
Do not go to this Chipotle during dinner time or any time after. Words can't explain the experience my family and I had at this location. Long lines due to inexperienced staffing. The entire staff was just doing the bare minimum. This location is always out of a few key items. From the protein to the lettuce. Alway out of Guac or looks dark in color from sitting out.This time out of napkins and Chipotle sauce with every table being dirty and nowhere to sit. Employee gave me scraps of meat to making my family wait 10 minutes for more meat. The extra shell on the side was not even warm and still hard. Much Much more things to list.Please fix this place soon
Walked in and was first in line expecting to be waited on and my order to be taken. What I got was no one even acknowledging I was even there. Stood there for 5 minutes while all they were preoccupied with was fulfilling online orders. I had enough and just walked out. I understand there is increased demand for online orders and maybe thought should be given for a separate line in the back for those. Ignoring people who walk in and expect to be served and pay for a product is just unacceptable and shows you don't care about all your customers.
This Chipotle is great overall, but it would be nice if they would label the burritos when you order for pick up so that they could be told apart without biting into the wrong one or completely unwrapping it.. they ask you who the specific burrito is for when ordering through the app for this reason so I’m confused why they are not labeled.
The staff needs to learn how to perform the basic functions of the job. It's pretty simple. I ordered a burrito, the only thing I actually wanted on my birthday (I'm a pretty simply guy) It's wide open like a taco there is some sort of fluid running down my arm and as soon as I set it down it was game over. It was so over stuffed and rolled so wrong the cheese never started melting and it was cold after a 10 minute drive home. Thanks. Happy 40th to me. I won't be back.
Ordered double chicken bowl on the app. Got literally 3 pieces of chicken. Called the store manager and she issued me a refund. 3 PEACES for a $15 chicken bow
