Great staff and food that’s a good price
When we travel home from a Lewis University Men's volleyball match in Romeoville, Il we prefer to stop at Chili's in Algonquin, IL. The manager, Lisa, and the bartender, Jackie, are some of the most professional and customer friendly people we encounter as we dine while we are traveling around the midwest. The food is consistently very delicious. We usually enjoy a fine bottle of 19 Crimes with our meal. But the highlight of our meal is interacting with Lisa and Jackie. After a long drive from Romeoville, Chili's is an oasis in our trek home. Thank you for making our evening so enjoyable.
It's been a while since we've been out to eat as a family. And honestly, most of our experiences in the past few years at different places have been lacking... either food wise or customer service wise. Our dinner last week at Chili's Algonquin was very good. And our waiter, Jason, was EXCELLENT! What a great guy. He really made our experience a great one. Even my kids commented on how great he was.
Our meal and the service were very good. Their unlimited chips, soup and salad are a great deal and makes us want to come back. Our fajita and burger were great.
My Cajun chicken pasta was warm not hot. My kids chicken crispers were very salty. I like salt, but they were inedible had to send back. The waitress was great though and took it off the bill. Even gave us free dessert. I'd be willing to give them a 2nd go. It was valentines day dinner so maybe staff was overwhelmed.
We love their 3 for $10.99 special. We go there exclusively for that and do so often. Friendly service, great tasting, generously portioned servings of food. Highly recommend.
My server Nicole was very attentive and sweet. Also Jacob was really nice and helpful. The food was really good and the 5$ margaritas.
This is a typical Chili's if you are familiar with this popular chain restaurant. They are a bit short handed (as everyone is nowadays) but the current staff really tries to make it as if they are not. Definitely order the chips and salsa as an appetizer! Also, if you like cherry soda of any kind, ask your server to use grenadine. Also, salad lovers will be excited to know that the salads do not disappoint at this location! Be sure to sign up for the Chilis rewards program! Free drinks, kids meals, appetizers on a regular basis are offered through this program.
Algonquin Chili’s has the best food, fast service, and outstanding staff. Ordered online, food was ready even faster than predicted, and I was parked less than 20 seconds and staff brought out the order to my car. Such great service, food and staff!
The food is usually good but every time they leave something out whether it's sauce or a side, they've been not including a lot lately. Check your order to make sure it's accurate because they seem not more care
