Food was quick fresh and delicious. Even though the drive-thru was crazy busy ours was brought to our table in a couple minutes. All servers weren't just standing around but paying attention to the counter, the tables and ensuring guests were well served. Clean and neat. I'll be back.
Friendly and polite staff. Food is always incredible, fresh buns and hot (temperature) chicken. I wish more restaurants would learn how to produce great food like this place.
Staff very friendly and welcoming. My order was accurately taken and my food was prepared as specified. The spicy chicken sandwich was hot and crispy and full of flavor. The medium Mac n cheese was just the right size portion. There was a thick layer of baked cheese on the top of serving of Mac n cheese and it was so creamy. The strawberry milkshake was delicious with a topping of whipped cream and a cherry to take it over the top. The staff were constantly cleaning and making sure all used tables were cleaned and ready for use for the next diners.
Last few times food has been horrible… really a shame to see this happening… time to go back to Crystal Lake. Tomatoes are never rip, lettuce is garbage, fries are soggy. Food is way to expensive to deal with this. Step your game up.
I was so excited to get a chick fil a in algonquin cause it was so much closer to me, but the past few times I've gone my 3 item order has been messed up. I went yesterday to pick up what they had forgotten 2 weeks ago and they almost forgot it again, I spoke up this time and made sure I got my correct order. I'd rather take the extra 10 minute drive and go to crystal lake than come here and not get what I paid for. ?♀️
One star only because I had to in order to leave this review! Pulled up yo the drive thru and let them know that I was picking up a doordash order and the person said ok pull around after sitting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes I get to the front to pick up and was told I needed to come in! Even after explaining that I just sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes the only thing the managet said was “yeah you have to come in” lets not mention it was closing time! Never returning!
Never have I been more disappointed! Not only was our food cold, it was made wrong, and our drinks had more ice than the beverage it self. We had two separate orders & both orders were charged on one card when we had given them two separate payments, including gift cards, which were never returned and I am assuming were thrown away. We went inside to talk about the mistake and the “leader” was very unprofessional as he laughed us and so did the workers. The workers were laughing the whole time, rolling their eyes, all of which was very disrespectful. I understand the location is new, but they should have been profesional about the situation.
We love Chick-fil-A but are so disappointed in this new location that we don’t have the option to ask for no salt. I know this is a small thing but it is always way too much so we ask for none and this location said that is not an option at the owners direction. Won’t be going back.
Every single Chick-fil-A I visit, I get the most amazing service. Every staff member is friendly & seems eager to please. One staffer went around refilling fountain drinks, & clearing my table. This is rare for a fast food restaurant. Chick-fil-A will always have my business!
Drive thru needs work. Went through drive thru at 1130AM, on 2/10, order number: 56924. Confusion with drivers as to what lane we should be in, and then where to wait. For my order, no straw, and the 2 sauces I ordered were missing. This place has been open for a little bit and there may still be some "opening" type of issues, but I would have thought worked out by now....not thrilled. Will wait a lot longer before I try again for them to get the system right.
